Horrible customer service. The day helping us knew absolutely nothing about the products. We ended up buying a hybrid pod system and when we opened (at the shop in front of the employee) it one of the coils was burnt out. We just wanted them to switch out the coil or exchange the unit for another one. This caused a big problem and they had to call the owner and instead of him empowering his staff to fix the problem we had to wait for him to come. We were in a big hurry and they refused to refund the defective item or do anything. The owner finally showed up and he refused to change out the coil and had an attitude like we were wrong. This is over a $2.00 coil. We demanded our money back and begrudgingly returned it. Customer service was non existent and none of the staff showed any concern about the issue. read more

I do not recommend unless you want to pay almost 50% more for ecig juice. A 100 ML was $35 plus. The smaller bottle almost $30. The guy actually asked if I wanted "the cheap stuff" $17...rude. I told him I was use to Oasis Vap in Albuquerque. He said they, oasis, would be going out of business soon...I DOUBT IT. I left and went to Tammy's literally 1-minute down the road. They were helpful and the prices were normal, $20-25 for a 100 ml. read more

Roswell has not tended to have a decent selection of pipe tobacco or cigars. This is the second time in a year I have come into Phillps and they have always been friendly. What's nice is that they have expanded their selection of pipe tobacco and cigars. The young Lady was friendly and seemed to have a decent understanding of pipe tobaccos. Friendly customer service. Offered to special order larger quantities as we are from Texas and also offered a discount program. Texas is not eh place to get loose tobacco. Phillys has great fresh tobacco and the Kentucky Select papers are easy to use in an electric roller, no tears or waste. The only thing I could suggest for a 5-star rating would be a bigger selection of bagged tobacco and rolling tubes. read more

While retail vape supply shopping is limited in Roswell, customers should know that the owner/manager of Philly's sells defective merchandise and refuses to honorably deal with customers. Juice and equipment are sold at a huge markup and returns or exchanges are not allowed, even for very expensive items sold that don't work correctly. read more
