My grandmother was handed down my great grandmothers wedding ring when she was married and it had…read morebeen in the family for 3 generations. She went in somewhat recently to have this ring cleaned. The main part of the ring are 3 beautiful, big diamonds, accompanied by a bunch of little ones around it. My grandma said she felt uneasy when she first walked in. There was a guy and he was surrounded by multiple other men standing "like mannequins" just watching all of this happen. The man told her constantly for 15 minutes, she said, to come back in 35 minutes so he could clean it. He also pointed out a kink in one of the big diamonds and offered to have it turned so it wouldn't show. She said no and that she just wanted to have it quickly clean. Since she had been there before, she decided to leave her ring there and return in 35 minutes. She didn't know better. Upon returning, she noticed the 3 big diamonds on her ring were not as tall, looked glassy, and the kink was miraculously gone. After hearing this story and seeing the ring for myself, and knowing it takes maybe 1 minute tops to have jewelry cleaned i was pretty upset for my grandmother and for my family. No, we cannot prove or make the accusation that they switched out her diamonds. But the fact that she is clearly a naive, elderly woman who was treated uncomfortably by grown men says enough as is.

Lady took my watch and told me that they have to send it to someone else for crystal replacement estimate. Didn't say how long and and how would I know, so I asked her about it and was told that some time later that week I will be getting a call. More than a week and still no call so I stopped by and even though I had a receipt they were unable to locate the current status. I was told that the repair person is in and out of the hospital hence the delay. While I do understand unfortunate situations but how about a call with updates to the customer? It is really not that hard, isn't it? I was told to wait another week or so for estimate. Again, more than a week and still no call so I stopped by and it turns out that my watch was already sent back by the repairer don't know since when but without any estimates for whatever reasons! No apologies or anything like that for all the inconveniences I suffered! I asked for the battery replacement and told $10! I have had enough at this point so I just left with my watch only to never return again or recommend this place! I was able to order 10 batteries off of ebay for just $2 and replaced it by myself.

Now my warranty is invalid for a full year until they can get a new diamond bond number for their mistake. It didn't matter that we never missed a check-up or that it was their mistake for not doing both. They acknowledged it was their fault and still will not fix their mistake. Please do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. They will not take accountability for their errors.
