I'm not sure why it took so long considering it was only four items: a drink, a pre-made dessert, sizzling steak, and a patty. When we got home, we realized the patty was missing. Definitely double-check your order if you're getting takeout. We were bringing food back for a family member on a limited diet due to surgery, so the missing item was very disappointing.
