DO NOT USE!!!
I called Philly Prestige Limo to book a 24-person shuttle to transport my wedding party in Philadelphia. At first, I spoke with a perfectly pleasant associate who told me that the total for a five-hour rental would be $975. When I asked how they arose at that number when the rate posted online was $129 plus gratuity and taxes, she put on who I assumed was a manager., who told me it is a $195 all-inclusive rate. I then asked him how much the tax and gratuity were. He proceeded to rudely tell me that "your opinion is not going to make a difference on the rate." When I tried to tell him I simply wanted to know the tax rate and amount of gratuity, raising his voice, he told me that the price was not going to change and that, given my questions, he assumed I would not be using them. He then hung up on me.
Assuming the posted rate of $129 is accurate, factoring in the 8% Philadelphia sales tax, Philly Prestige Limo was trying to charge me an additional $278.40 for a gratuity.
When I looked for Philly Prestige Limo on Yelp, I was surprised to see that there was no such Company listed, so I searched Google using the 1-888 number listed on their website. It appears that Philly Prestige is associate with World Prestige Limos, which is on Yelp (https://www.yelp.com/biz/world-prestige-limos-rahway).
