Once upon a time , this was the Go to building materials store, but times have changed…read more I went into get a pc plywood 2x2 cut into a circle , the guy at front counter must have thought it was a SNL skit , he sent me to Aisle 8 for some Hardee board . PCs? Sorry at 9-30 am I must have been an interruption , maybe he cannot leave his post in life or that computer screen . I did tour the kitchen, flooring and bathroom area and a friendly lady greeted me , thanks . I returned to the same man at front " service " counter Where I told him I found nothing , asked can you do my ez request , pls just tell me don't waste my time anymore, I left strait out those automatic doors, A generation ago , people like jack Schering or Harry or Stan Grabowski or Martin Amos , or Alan schenkemnburger or Ted Shyiak etc knew people called customers came here for purpose , not entertainment REMEDY , home hardware bc on Dundas sold me 2x4 pc of plywood , cut in 1/2 and then stacked and cut 2 circles ( millwork is what it's called ) was $10 labour , no problem ,. We purchased a hot tub and after at least 10 different delivery dates where it was "guaranteed" to come, it never came. Loads of pathetic lame excuses. 3 months later still no tub. Our deck is all cut up where it is supposed to be. This was the very worst experience I've ever had with any company. incredibly unprofessional in every aspect of business. My husband would take a vacation day every time they said the tub was coming so he could be there to help and then they would either just not show up and not respond to any calls or texts, or they would give a lame excuse like a guy called in sick, it's their busy season, not enough guys. My favourite was the day Katie told us it was loaded on the truck as we speak and then it never came. When we called the receptionist said she was told not to speak to us. Then Adrian said he didn't know why the girls said any of that to us. Pass the buck non stop. Horrible in every way possible. We did get a refund but nothing for the 3 months of runaround, deck destruction and lost vacation time wasted on this. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

I would give zero stars if there was an option…read more Absolutely the most disrespectful pool company in London. They started installing a pool two houses down from me last fall (it is now July). Somehow they managed to wreck my grass and all of the boulevard grass on the corner lot across from me. They have been contacted by me several times. The city has also been in contact with them several times. Katie has made several promises to fix it. She did stop by and gave me a bag of grass seed to placate me. It is now the middle of July. Still no repair. I approached one of their workers and he shrugged his shoulders and told me to "piss off". They are taking a ridiculous amount of time to finish the pool. The workers like to stand around, not work and swear loud enough that we can hear it a hundred feet away. I sure hope my neighbours got the longest warranty on the pool that was available. July 27th, Currently 8pm and the crew is out hammering and yelling. I told them not to park in a no parking zone. Thanked me for letting them know and didn't move the truck. Parking enforcement happened to drive by so we had a nice chat and LL got a parking ticket. I also got a price from another company to repair my lawn. $250. I will be filing this in small claims court. I have LL on record admitting to the damage plus pictures of thier truck on my grass. They'll be ordered to pay the $250 repair quote, plus my court costs and legal fees. My lawyer charges $400 an hour. Looking forward to it. I'll be filing this on the weekend and you will likely be served next week. Katie Shepherd, just so you are aware, this is what your company will be required to pay when ordered to do so by the court: Cost to repair: $250; cost to file a small claims action $102; Process server fee: $90; Your cost to file a defense: $73; Fixing a date for a trial: $290. Total: $805, plus legal fees if we get a lawyer (approx: $12-1500). You will lose. I have pictures, documentation and witnesses that London Landscape Inc is at fault.

Every time I called for an update they could find one tool or the other but not both and made clear…read moreto me they never call customers until the tools are fixed so unless I called I would have heard nothing for 9+ weeks, keeping in mind these are not expensive tools but they are tools the very definition of something that should be repaired quickly as people like me depend on them and this poor service put back our home renovations by more then 2 months costing me more then the tools are worth. When I showed up after 9+ weeks of waiting and excuses the reciprocating saw was fixed ( dirty and tossed in a box ) but fixed. The miter saw was not fixed the broken parts were still laying in the box and to top it all off they replaced a part that did not need to be replaced, they had me wait weeks and weeks for a back ordered part that was not even the part that needed to be repaired. After two cuts with the reciprocating saw it broke again!
