He has been in the business for about 20 years and he truly knows his stuff. The price was right and the attention to detail was superb. I truly recommend America's Best Water Damage Restoration for all your needs. He did a deep system cleaning of all the vents, returns, and main lines; detailed the blower, coil and furnace cleaning; sanitized the system; cleaned the dryer vent; and check for air leaks; deep cleaned the carpet and now its just like new; also helped me with a possible mold problem. I give this company 5 stars. Give them a chance!

We discovered mold in a storage closet in our condo after a pipe upstairs cracked and began slowly leaking. CAT Recovery Services came up with a plan, gave us good advice, coordinated with our insurance coverage, worked us into their schedule, and took care of everything. They were professional and took great care to contain the area they worked in so that we could use the rest of our home during their work. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you, CAT Recovery Services!

I sent a request via Yelp to CAT and Roddy showed up to give me an estimate. The finished job looks wonderful. I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!
