Backstory - I found this cleaners (Zips) due to low prices and they have several franchises all over (so convenient, right?). I have been to 3 locations. Disappointed by all of them!!! Zips is definitely in the dictionary for "you get what you pay for". They lost my garment, then tried to blame me (several different reasons/excuses). AND they changed their story too many times for it to be true.
