I read the reviews very carefullly and I still drove 45 miles from my home to this cleaners - only to find that they don't value customers, your garments, or quality service. Backstory - I found this cleaners (Zips) due to low prices and they have several franchises all over (so convenient, right?). I have been to 3 locations. Disappointed by all of them!!! Zips is definitely in the dictionary for "you get what you pay for". They lost my garment, then tried to blame me (several different reasons/excuses). AND they changed their story too many times for it to be true. I know a liar and a liar's telltale signs when I come in contact.....IF you want quality handling of your precious garments - don't try to save a buck, as you will "FAFO" with ZIPS!!! spend a little extra for peace of mind.

Here's the story my previous card ( which was on file got compromised ) of course I got another--just never went back to update them. After further analyzing this in my head--my previous card got compromised, you want me to actually put another card in your ZIPS SYSTEM--just so you can process my clothing. Why can't they be paid for when I pick them up??? Is it because I'm Black?? I am suppose to trust your zips system, your employees ( Not saying they would ) with access to my card, The way things are in this world right now. Furthermore, one of 'your employees' even stated--they wouldn't have there card on file here as well. BUT they also mentioned to me --it could be paid for when you come in to retrieve your clothes--that's why I wasn't concerned was permitted to keep the zip bag--my zip tag serial number was attached to the bag...so my clothes could be identified! No negative impact whatsoever from other places
