I actually really liked this place. I wasn't looking for giant crowds like Uncle John's. This place is 3 miles west of their main store and its small, quaint, and everything I needed (except for pumpkins, but I bought those for $5/per pumpkin from a local farmer instead of paying $30/pumpkin across the street :) You can get your cider and donuts, bags or baskets for picking your own, and you can buy alcoholic cider with no fuss. If this is what you are looking for, this is your place. Also, a super quick stop instead of an all day affair. Perfect for high school aged kids that don't need to pet goats and stuff. read more

Hey, this is my idea of family fun Phillips orchards! This is a very nice family run business,they actually have two locations one is on US 127 and Gratiot county line road, and the original cider Mill is about a mile west down Gratiot county line road on the right hand side it sits back off the road about in 8th of a mile to quarter you can see the house you can see the old barn you can see this cider Mill store it's pretty nice. They have pick your own apples, pumpkins, and offer horse-drawn rides. read more
