Just about 2 hours from either big city, it's the perfect middle stop. There are other options like QuikTrip on the other side, but I felt like changing it up. While this is a fine stop, it's a little tight in here. There were a decent amount of people but we felt more smushed in like an NYC bodega than a big wide middle-of-nowhere rest stop. Bathrooms were clean, snacks were plentiful, and it's a perfect spot to try to avoid some road trip junk food but eventually succumb to it!

Their gas is shit and most likely has a high water percentage. You're going to need a few bottles of Heet if you want to go with these bastards. They are so far beyond stupid that they can't even figure out how to hook up jumper cables. The moron who hooked them up to my car caused smoke to start billowing off my car. It's not hard to hook up goddamn jumper cables. The scary thing is they actually have a garage. They can't figure out how to use jumper cables, they caused damage to my car, and they have gas that damages the mechanics of your car. Then they try to put the blame on you. They're beyond stupid, abusive, and crooked. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They're getting one star because a star rating is required to post. Otherwise they would get far below zero.

When I asked about the discrepancy, instead of fixing the overcharge, Becky -- the owner -- told me not to "harass" her workers, even though I was calmly asking for the posted price to be honored. She refused to correct the charge, refused to help in any way, and wouldn't provide video evidence that could have easily cleared things up. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. After reviewing the situation, my bank agreed the charge was improper and refunded my money. A business that posts one price, charges another, and then refuses to take responsibility is not a business I can trust. The lack of transparency and professionalism here is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place.
