This location was undergoing a bit of construction during our visit, which caused most if not all…read moreof the handicap-accessible parking to be blocked off. I entered through the door into the McDonald's, and all of the employees seemed to be very familiar with the customers that they were serving, which made me feel like this must be a pretty tight-knit community. The restrooms were clean, and I was happy to see that they had real doors, not the kind with the gaps on the sides. The privacy was appreciated. It was no Buc-ee's (aka "the best lil' outhouse"), but it was a close second.

I normally have pleasant experiences at this establishment, but the service was horrible last…read moreweekend. The pumps recently haven't been allowing you to type in your Fuel Rewards number. I forgot this, but quickly hit cancel on the pump, and proceeded inside so I could restart the transaction and be able to use my rewards. The attendant, an older man, was horribly rude and yelled at me. He clearly didn't understand what I was asking or saying, and he just kept telling me to "get out there and pump your gas! It says it's ready to go!" This happened several times. So not only does the pump not cancel your transaction even if you haven't picked up the nozzle, but then the cashier proceeds to yell at you because they don't know how to do it. It's fine if you don't know, but there's no reason to berate me because you don't know how to do your job. If the cashier or the pump would've known how to cancel then I would've proceeded across the street to BP, Road Ranger, Speedway, or Pilot. Any of which would've been better and that I would gladly give my business to.

I like that there is plenty of room to pull into the bays from either the south or east side of the lot. However, the pumps are definitely showing signs of wear and tear and though they work, make the place look like it isn't well maintained. Fortunately, the pump worked fine and I was soon on my way without having to deal with any staff. I didn't check out the interior shop but noticed lots of beer promotion. The manager, we'll call her M., vomiting in the wastebasket by the kitchen. Contents have visible blood. Employees unhappy and quitting. An employee at work notably intoxicated. Manager, (M) yelling and swearing at customers. Apparently, no one reads these reviews or problems would have been corrected. Plan: To find and contact the owner (has to be one somewhere) and speak with him. This is not customer service; this is an assault on the community. Note: Customers talk to each other and they are not happy.

I found 1 of the 2 diesel pumps easily and didn't have to wait for someone getting gasoline there while the gasoline pumps were unused. Yay! Also, I went inside to get a drink and everything worked as well as the pumps, so there was no trouble, although it could be more tidy. The employees were friendly and efficient, as expected.

I asked how much it was because I've never done it before and I asked her if I could borrow her pen because I left my pen inside the truck and she said I can go somewhere else. I told her I was gonna give her money to send the fax and what she did to me was very heartless, told her that to her face and she told me to go somewhere else she did not wanna do her job. She did not want to be patient with me all in all. "I was" going to give her money for the Fax, but she blew me off and told me to go somewhere Else This happened in march 13 2023. Great pump security (to prevent people from stealing your credit card), it is all clean and pretty. Bathrooms have nice materials. Anyway... it looks good - keep it looking that way!
