And keep going until whatever you have that is injured is rehabilitated. This clinic has provided me much assistance in healing for my neck (2007) and lower back (2017) which turn out to be my weak areas. My conditions are bulging discs, herniated disc, and spinal stenosis. On 08/31/2007 I went to this clinic. At the time the pain was really bad, radiating from my neck, down my arm, and down my shoulder blade that I was sleeping while sitting up. I could not lay back. After 2 weeks of treatment I was laying and sleeping in my bed. Treatments continued to improve my issue and by 09/2008 I was pain free. On 10/31/2017 I went to this clinic again. This time I could not walk more than 500 feet without having to sit down. The radiating sciatic pain was too much to continue. After starting treatment things improved and by the first weekend of 2018 I could walk much further and the pain had decreased. By March 2018 I was able to vacation in Washington DC and visited 5 different museums, walking through all of them. By Labor Day 2018 I was hiking in the White Mountains pain free.

I have been coming to this place for years, back when it was owned by Dr David Linatsis under the…read morename of Nashua Family Chiropractic. When his son graduated from chiropractic school, I was introduced to him and asked if I'd like to receive my treatment from him over the next few months, I honestly answered my preference, that being to continue seeing Dr David Linatsis (change is difficult for me). I did stipulate if Dr David had an emergency, I would be fine using Dr Brandon Linatsis instead. When Dr David announced his retirement and that he was selling the business to his son, I was very confident in rolling over to Dr Brandon. Over time, seeing obvious growth changes and the need to enlarge the current building or move to a larger location, Dr Brandon decided to implement his desire to create a holistic environment where his patients could move between other associates/doctors/specialized certified practitioners all affiliated within a group of qualified providers under one roof. My husband and I have been observers and patients during its growing pains and successes. We've been with Dr Brandon from Nashua Family Chiropractic to Blue Zone and now Lyphos, each time a seamless transition for us. There are now not only chiropractor services with 3 different doctors, but also acupuncture services, massage therapists, an LPN to provide family medical needs or referrals when necessary, and resources to bring in a therapist when required. I have had the opportunity to periodically use some of these services over the past many years. In fact, we still see Dr Brandon every other week, just to stay limber. We STRONGLY recommend Dr Brandon as a reputable chiropractor and a wonderful human being. He takes the time to listen to you (and even shares a few humorous stories), makes sure you understand the procedure being implemented,, and the possible side effects (if any). In short, Dr Brandon is both a professional chiropractor and a gentleman as well. We also STRONGLY recommend his cohorts in their desire to provide quality service, a friendly atmosphere, and a cohesive community of holistic health care professionals under one roof. Note: Should I have misrepresented any facts in this review, please forgive, as my comments/memories come from an almost 70-year-old mind. And thanks for reading through this lengthy diatribe!!

ART (Active Release Technique, mostly seems like a muscular thing) is amazing, but this is not the only modality Steve uses. This time I'd been diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis. I had been out of state, or I would have seen him first. Several other methods/practitioners had again failed... and yet again, I started feeling better WHILE Steve was working on me, plus he caught an additional problem that no one else had noticed. I am one of those people who will only go to ANY type of medical appointment if I really need to, so have only seen him off and on as needed- but that's the beauty of it, he is usually able to fix most anything in 5-6 visits. This is one of those few practitioners where you notice an immediate difference, every time. Gold, pure gold.
