A month or so later I got a call that it was ready for pickup. When I picked it up it was wrapped in plastic and a roll of fabric was given me. Note: the workmanship was very well done, the color close, but it wasn't original material as it is a matt not gloss cover. I called sometime later just to ? If indeed my original fabric was there. IA girl named Janice followed up as AW is no longer there. Her email basically said-its a mystery as she found the man who had done the work on the chair and there is no clarity as to what happened to my fabric and what fabric was used. I asked her for her bosses information and she gave me a name, email and said that he was informed of the situation. I paid a lot of $ , I waited an adequate time, while the work is good and perhaps I may be the only one to notice the difference, I do wonder how to clean the chair as the material is matt and takes the dirt. It was not what I in detail ordered and there was no customer satisfaction efforts made however much the girl tried to be kind to find out. I would have liked the swatch which is gone and clearly would have shown the difference. Again, as noted, I made efforts, I brought the chair, I paid for it and it comes down to how much do I have to fight and take my time up with what is clearly an after the fact- lost battle. As Janice made note in her email, I am supposed to be comforted by the fact that I now have a chair.
