I specifically asked for Natalie to represent me, but at my first hearing Ken ended up to represent me.He was completely unprepared, and because of that, the outcome of that day hurt my child custody situation. On top of that, I was charged for both Natalie and Ken to attend meetings together. Even communication was frustrating. My emails were ignored for a week, and I had to send a second follow-up just to get a response. They act like they care, but there is no genuine sympathy. At one meeting, Natalie even shed tears , but it felt insincere, because at the end of the day, all she seemed to care about was money.
