We worked with Mr. Barbknecht many years ago and thought he did a wonderful job. Last fall, we met…read morewith him about property that we own. We had to meet at our home, because he no longer has an office. He literally took $7500 and ran. He was desperate to get the check, that I wrote, in the bank. Then we went 11 days with nothing from him. No response to any form of communication. He didn't attempt to reach out to me or my husband either. He told us he had been hacked so we gave him a second chance. Then we did what he told us to do and it took five days to get him to return our phone call that time. We told him time was at the essence and we just didn't feel like this was going to be a good partnership. So he hung up on us and kept the money. We hired another attorney to send him certified mail, that he can't make his fee nonrefundable, and of course he never responded to that either. I would not walk, I would run away from this guy. His intention is to retire and move to a rural part of Kentucky where he has no relatives or friends. I hope there aren't any more victims before he moves! 1star is too much for this guy!
