She appears disengaged and uninformed, and her leadership style is more suited to an isolated administrative role than a school environment. While the teachers themselves appear decent, her leadership is steering the school in the wrong direction. Being a new school with newer teachers, the campus needs strong, stable guidance... not the disorganization and disconnect that currently exist. I genuinely believe a new principal would dramatically improve the school climate. Unfortunately, that change does not appear to be on the horizon.
