The communication is easy. Trey is very professional and has extensive knowledge. He is able to find me a good rate very quickly. He's very patient to answer my questions and gave good recommendations to my situation. Briteline also provides a service to existing customers to re-shop for a better rate when existing policies are due for renew. It will be a tremendous time saving for me. I wish I knew them sooner.
