Finding adequate housing was a major challenge, but Vanessa stepped up and took our plight to heart. I provided all of my personal information to Juan, and he stated he would call me back. Needless to say, I did not receive a phone call back! I called back 48 hours later and left a message with his secretary to follow-up. She stated she would forward him the information but still no response!
