Booked this company to clean my gutters, on a monday. They agreed to clean the gutters on a Friday,…read moreweather permitting. Weather was fine on Friday, but they asked for Saturday. I asked for confirmation of time, and was given 10am to Noon. That time frame came and went, and nobody showed, nobody called or texted that they would be late. I had to text these people several times before i even got a response. The Response? I was told they came by and saw that my gutters were over full and too wet and thus they skip those houses, as a result. Well 1.) Nobody came by my house that day and 2.) The gutters were not over-full or wet. They just needed to be cleaned. I see other reviews where these folks just tend to blow off their customers, so I would not recommend wasting your time with Tucker's Home Services. THey don't even own up to their scheduling mistakes and then they try to cover it up with some made up excuse.

Justin came out and he is awesome . He cleaned out the gutters and removed this plant that was over 2 ft high in the gutter along with some smaller ones growing in there as well as the leaves . He told me after he was done that he said everything looked great as far as the gutters are and I shouldn't have any problems . He mentioned that they offer a yearly service so I am going to sign up for that for sure . They do great work !!!

We called them and were told that they cannot control "the rains from the heavens" getting the house wet?!?!?!? What does that mean! We wanted them to come back out to make sure something wasn't backed up still or knocked loose. They told us they would come back but if they didn't make a mistake they would charge us for the visit. The charge for the initial service was another thing. They came and asked for $800+ to clean the gutters. We asked why so much and they lowered to $350 just like that. That makes me question their honesty. Gutter companies are a dime a dozen and we will not be using them again. The tech that came out was nice and did the work the manager is the one I question.

Updating- siding depot refused to remove the defective work and reinstall. This wasnt a one off…read more The owner has been to my house 3 times. Ive taken the following measures. I've had the Nichiha rep to my house confirming the work is not done according to manufactures guidelines with the owner of the company present. I paid for licensed home inspector. They are unbiased. The inspector said it was the worst he'd ever seen and the report is a gazillion pages. I called my insurance and they sent an adjuster out. He shook his head and said its the worst he'd ever seen. My denied insurance claim states that the work is defective and construction defects arent covered.It also states that water damage is inevitable. Meaning there are no reasonable steps I can take to protect my house My insurance (Amica)refused to give me the adjusters report(not legal dont let them). BUT, they offered to send out a structural engineer to check it out and give me a report. PE (structural engineer) stated the work(starting with the wrap underlayment) does not meet the minimum requirements for wall coverings violating international residential building code. Trustdale saw the video of the rep telling Armando he didnit wrong. -I gave them copies of the install manual I marked up with pictures of the defective work. -They had a representative come to my house with another siding guy and and the owner of siding depot(owners third visit)! -Trustdales siding guy stayed after they left and is the third professional to tell me its the worst hes ever seen. -Trustdales stance differs from that of Nichihas product rep and install manual. It differs from the report written by an impartial home inspector. It differs from the report from the Structural Engineer. It is apparently more valid than the international code book. -It was Trust Dale who first presented me with the official offer of nondisclosure. They then said the resolution was to let these people on my property who already REFUSED to remove the defective work come patch it up IF i paid them first! They are the ones who decide if they have honored the "10,000 dollar trustdale warranty" When I told them that was unacceptable they tried to say i didnt register the purchase with them. I WAS MID PURCHASE when I contacted them. Yup, thats right. TrustDale tried to squirm out of their side by claiming i contacted them too soon. (Or too late depending on the day) I also could've gone through their website before. Off I go across the internet to cost these jerks 10x what they cost me. If you read this feel free to contact Siding Depot and tell him Mike Wood cost them business.(I know its petty but its something)

Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. They moved so fluidly with no wasted effort which quickened the process. We are so glad we choose Juan and Pro-Roofing and are so appreciative of the quality of work his team provided. They are unethical and will try to rip you off. We signed up for their yearly maintenance plan in which they come to check your AC and heat once a year. The first time the technician came to check our AC, he barely did anything and said it was all fine. A couple of months later, our refrigerant is almost gone! HOW??? The second technician then fills it in, tightens all the screws and goes on his way (after we spent almost $1000). Now it's time to use heat about a month later and it's not heating. We have them come out AGAIN. Now miraculously all the lines/nuts/bolts are loose and we have NO refrigerant. They tried to charge us $3500 for this. When it was their fault because they didn't do their due diligence the second time they were there. If everything was tightened, how did this happen? We did not think this was right. He filled it up, tightened everything and from what the manager said he was doing a leak test. Leak test was fine (so they say). Also technicians should be aware when they are standing outside of someone's house discussing having client's pay for something they shouldn't have to. We have cameras! Now that was a few weeks ago and our heat is struggling again! So they DID NOTHING FOR US! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Unethical and will do the bare minimum or looks like even mess up your system more so they have to come back to fix it.

She goes and ask for an answer with every question i ask. finally, she informed me that they do not schedule after hours and weekend. somebody calls tomorrow and schedules me for Saturday. then the day after, somebody else calls and say; they made mistake and schedule me for Monday. now, they texted me and said; oh. sorry. we don't work on trailers. if they have problem with the scheduling, i am sure they have problem with fixing and replacement of items too. this was the last time that i will call them and ask for their help. they need to train their representative about information.
