And, I could see why because their practices are really well organized and rigorous. At the same time, the kids were having a lot of fun. You could tell the kids were proud to be there. But, the primary reason I picked this club was the quality of the kids. I could tell the kids were brought up well by how well-mannered they were. So, I'm thinking they are going to have a really good influence on my child. For example, during the initial tryouts, his teammates actually greeted my son and made him feel welcome. And, later, when I kicked back an errant ball, the child thanked me which I didn't expect. The entire experience impressed me. This is in stark contrast to some other clubs. For example, at The Football Academy in Floram Park, the coach made the kids do pushups every time the ball went out of bounds. The kids ended up doing pushups the entire practice. This made no sense to me. First, on artificial turf, it's really hard to control the ball for kids at their age. Second, pushups doesn't help them get better at soccer.

Some of the coaches are nothing but salesmen trying to get your money and then switching up who coaches your children . The owner also really doesn't care much about the kids in the club but rather how much money he could make, one of the levels one year had 3 groups (A,A,B teams) $$$$ yet no real development as the coach was spread thin amongst the 3 groups and only preferred the original A team. The kids also can't ask to try different positions and get stuck in one. If you want a regular practice schedule this club also isn't your match because each time it rains there's no telling if you will even have practice with late notice. They don't even have a facility they can count on because it unusable in bad weather. Games? Scheduled haphazardly and with short notice because they can't get themselves together, yet they expect commitment. Save yourself the money and go to a different club because aside from a few good kids no one is developed properly or even uniformly. Coaches are regularly on their phones and checked out. In addition, even tho i has signed up for installment payments to be made NOv 2019 and Jan 2020 as per our contract, they were taken Out early without permission.

Poorly organized and managed. Well not managed because there are never managers available. Call in…read morethere's no manager there, go to the facility in person and there's no managers there. Managers say they'll get back to you and nothing. Nothing but young kids working here who don't have a manager. Scheduled games are constantly being changed last minute. Extremely inconsiderate. Our team requested no 11pm games and then when we questioned why we received another bye week the manager spitefully replied it's 11pm or a bye week. We received a second bye week because the manager wanted to play catch up in one of the men's leagues because they're behind, now putting the women's league behind. The men already have leagues Monday-Wednesday, Over 35 league on Friday evenings and then Saturdays and Sundays. Women's league is only on Thursdays so not sure why we have to sacrifice our PAID playing time for another league. This facility has kept no promises they made. "We will make sure leagues are fair" but the D3 league has been D1 level. They've tried getting rid of the women's league because "it doesn't bring that much money in." Maybe as a manager you should do a better job of recruiting teams to play here, as it is part of your job requirements. But it's hard to do your job when you're never at the actual facility. Must be nice to receive a salary and not actually work for it.
