The photos she took exceeded ALL of my expectations and she was a dream to work with. She was highly communicative, especially when the weather looked dicey the day we were shooting. She was also super flexible when it came to doing our newborn photos as our location didn't work as well as we thought. And last but not least, being able to borrow dresses from her was amazing. Just one last thing to worry about and the collection is amazing. I will definitely work with Bethany again in the future and have already recommended her to many friends. THANK YOU Bethany

We've done studio sessions and we've done outdoor sessions, all with a different vibe. I think Sia's talent speaks for itself, just go take a look at her work. What is most special about Sia is her ability to connect with her clients, to make them feel comfortable, and to catch the special moments that you didn't even know were happening. If you've done photos with or without children, you know it can be stressful and sometimes you walk away worried you didn't get many good ones. Sia ALWAYS gets the good ones! Every time we see our photos, I realize it's worth the money and the effort because I could stare at them all day. Sometimes we even tear up when she delivers our photos (and I know we're not the only ones). I also love that she continues to invest in herself and her talent. It's beautiful to see her grow as a photographer while staying true to who she is. She is the most humble and kind person and that hasn't changed with growth and success. If you are able to book a session with Sia, then consider yourself lucky. She is truly one of a kind!

We cannot say enough about Gordon Kelly and his photography. My husband and I decided to elope to…read moreCalifornia and only had a few weeks to find a photographer to capture our wedding ceremony. We found Gordon based on a recommendation from our resort (CordeValle) and we could not be happier with our decision to hire him. Gordon is not only easy to work with, but he took some unbelievable pictures of our ceremony and the surrounding resort grounds. He has an amazing artistic eye, and took some one-of-a kind photographs that were absolutely gorgeous. We are so pleased with the pictures we ended up with and overall experience of working with Gordon. Not only is he a wonderful photographer, but he has a great personality, and is responsive and timely too. He truly seemed to care about getting to know us as a couple, and reflecting our taste in the pictures that he took. If we lived in the area, we would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Gordon photographed my wedding in October 2020. Given the glowing reviews and the good looking…read morephotos on his website, I was very surprised and saddened at the end result. His fees were very reasonable, but the quality was not there. Many photos had poor backgrounds and were not well framed. He also did essentially no editing. The bride's skin came out overly pink and he did no color correction. I understand that I did not pay for extensive editing, but I was expecting a smaller number of quality pictures, not a dump of several hundred photos of mostly poor quality. I spoke with Gordon about my concerns and his response was that the lighting was difficult because we picked the worst time of day (late afternoon). Our wedding was very simple and I would have been willing to make adjustments such as changing the exact place we did the ceremony, etc. - however, Gordon did not bring any of this up beforehand. His response was that he did not want to upset the bride. Well guess what? The bride is upset now because of the low quality of the photos. My take is that if you have a very simple wedding in a standard venue, Gordon can do an ok job. However, if there's anything challenging (harsh lighting, difficult backgrounds) then Gordon is not up to the job. I hate leaving this review because Gordon seems very nice and he was easy to work with (at least until I saw the finished photos). Ultimately however his photography was not up to a professional level. I'm also upset that I tried to give him feedback when we got the photos and he simply rejected all of it and would not listen to my concerns or do anything to try and improve the situation. We ended up handing the photos off to another professional photographer for editing, with the result that we did get at least a few decent shots.

She made no effort to make things right or apologize for us having a bad experience. Edited review: In 2019, I took my first born when he was 2 weeks old to Rebecca to get some shots for a birth announcement. We went in for a shoot, she said it would be a few hundred $ for the shoot. We didn't ask for it, but she really wanted to do a "classic" naked baby shoot with him asleep. We should have just said no thank you. In hindsight, this is obvious, but we ended up getting pee'd and poo'd on. We had to leave, as we didn't have any more clean clothes. She offered to have us back a week later, which was nice. We came back, and the baby was more cooperative. 3 weeks later, she has us come in and review the photos, they looked great! She wanted to sell us prints. We were only interested in the digitals, we should have asked about this before the shoot. We only found out that the digitals would be more than a thousand $ additional after the shoot. It left us feeling pretty sour because our baby was now 6 weeks old, and we had no choice but to pay her. The photos came out nice, and everyone loved the birth announcement, but I still think about the bad experience we had when I look at them. New: I've now hired professional photographers for all 3 of my babies, and I have context to be confident that there are better options elsewhere that include digital in their base price, and don't have a dated business model that assumes you are buying prints.

He has a special talent for capturing the joy of the moment and love between the couple. He went far above and beyond in making sure that everything was perfect. His ideas were original and creative. Prior to the event, he went to the venue to check out the best locations for photo opportunities. Our event ended at 10 PM. That night he must have spent hours preparing a special gift for our daughter. It was a slide show set to her wedding song, suitable for posting on Facebook. He said that often the couples have to wait so long before the professional photographs are done and so he wanted her to have something right away. He did an amazing job that totally captured the event from the pinning on the men's boutonnières, to the bridal party leaving the limo, through the entire event. Each photo captured the spirit of love and joy that characterized the event. His prices are incredibly reasonable for the services he provides. He even includes a 40 page photo book for the couple and a high quality image for framing. Since we did not want a large 10x 14 photo he let us substitute smaller images. Everything Frank did was well thought out and professional.
