Updated review: Since my last review, Sarah finally reached out to my husband and me and promised to send our full gallery. She did send a link but, unsurprisingly, the gallery is still incomplete. We are still missing major parts of our wedding: the ceremony, family portraits, reception, groomsmen getting ready, and even some bridal party photos. She claims the gallery was completed at the beginning of March, yet here we are in April with missing photos. When we follow up about our concerns, responses are extremely delayed and always the same: "I'm trying my best to get your photos done." At this point, it has been 7 months since our wedding. I did not hire a photographer to wait this long or to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and poor communication. I strongly recommend not hiring her if you expect timely delivery and a complete gallery. read more

My friend hired this photographer for her wedding in September 2025 and paid in full under a contract with a clear timeline for delivery of the final gallery. It has now been over 7 months past the wedding, and the agreed deadline has not been met, with no completed gallery delivered. Despite ongoing communication and multiple promised deadlines, the delivery date continues to be pushed back without resolution. This ongoing delay has caused significant stress during what should have been a joyful and meaningful time. It has been incredibly upsetting to watch a dear friend go through this experience. I truly hope she ultimately receives her full gallery, as this day is so important. However, based on this experience, I would not recommend this photographer. I would strongly encourage future clients to ensure they are working with someone who honors their contractual commitments. read more

OmG! Where do I even begin...I met Sarah through one of the facebook event group that I was in when I posted my inquiry about a photographer for my son's first birthday. So glad she responded and we instantly clicked. I checked out her portfolio OMG just fell in love with her style definitely showed how talented she is. Also, right when I saw it in my mind no way I would be able to afford her and was honest to her about it. She responded and was willing to meet with my budget needs and right away I had to book her. Also, she is super accommodating given that I booked her very last minute. I booked a fall mini and this was my first time working with a photographer so I wasn't sure what to expect. I immediately sent deposit, paid balance a week before the shoot, signed contract, showed up to the shoot and everything went great. I felt super comfortable with her and loved the experience. I received my reveal gallery just a little under 2 weeks after the shoot which was on 11/5/22 and loved all the pictures. I chose my favorites that same night, received confirmation the day after along with balance due for choosing more than the 15 images included and I immediately sent payment. I waited patiently to receive my final gallery but weeks went by and I never received anything. I reached out and wouldn't get a response from her which ended up being extremely frustrating. I kept seeing her re-post others gallery's from the fall minis and I was extremely frustrated. I understand it was holiday season but also don't promise something you won't be able to keep your word on. She finally sent me a voice memo on 12/16/22 telling me I was next on her editing queue and I'd have my pictures by 1pm that day. 1pm came and went and I still had nothing. I waited to message her and when I tried reaching out again a few days later I wasn't getting a response. I decided to check Yelp and saw 1 bad review saying she never received her gallery and I was pretty sure that was going to be my case. I sent her screenshots of her own contract, I continued to try calling, texting, and messaging on IG and received a reply that she had emailed my gallery a week prior when just a few days before she had said my gallery hadn't been edited yet. After almost 2 months, I finally received my photos. I was so relieved because they were amazing but the trouble I had to go through to get them was extremely frustrating and definitely won't be booking with her again. read more

We were only 10 minutes away from the location when we got a last minute call from Sarah/MDIIIPhotography that she had to cancel. Where do I begin with Sarah. She is super super sweet. We booked about 3 photo shoot with her and all our images came out amazing . For the very first photo shoot my daughter was not having it . She did not want to smile and giving Sarah a hard time .I asked Sarah if she would be willing to come back the next day to try and capture the photos and she surprising agreed . Sarah Duran, mdiiiphotography, is the worst and unprofessional photographer I have booked with. I booked her for a family session and was so excited to use it for our holiday cards. I inquired and she quickly responded and to ask for deposit. Our session was on Sunday, November 27, 2022 which we drove an hour to meet her. After not receiving the e-reveal after 3 days which she stated is when I'll receive, I waited a couple more days before reaching out via text and call (of course no answer) then after almost two weeks (which was suppose to be the turnaround time for gallery to finish) she replied with an AUDIO message to tell me it has just been posted. Upon picking my favorites from the e-reveal gallery, I have never heard from her again. It's January 5, 2023. It's a new year and I have not heard anything back at all, yet she has been posting new sessions as I try to reach out. She has a contract that both party need to sign, yet all I received from the contract was a failure to provide service. I hope no one has to go through this, it's a shame to have worked with her.
