She made no effort to make things right or apologize for us having a bad experience. Edited review: In 2019, I took my first born when he was 2 weeks old to Rebecca to get some shots for a birth announcement. We went in for a shoot, she said it would be a few hundred $ for the shoot. We didn't ask for it, but she really wanted to do a "classic" naked baby shoot with him asleep. We should have just said no thank you. In hindsight, this is obvious, but we ended up getting pee'd and poo'd on. We had to leave, as we didn't have any more clean clothes. She offered to have us back a week later, which was nice. We came back, and the baby was more cooperative. 3 weeks later, she has us come in and review the photos, they looked great! She wanted to sell us prints. We were only interested in the digitals, we should have asked about this before the shoot. We only found out that the digitals would be more than a thousand $ additional after the shoot. It left us feeling pretty sour because our baby was now 6 weeks old, and we had no choice but to pay her. The photos came out nice, and everyone loved the birth announcement, but I still think about the bad experience we had when I look at them. New: I've now hired professional photographers for all 3 of my babies, and I have context to be confident that there are better options elsewhere that include digital in their base price, and don't have a dated business model that assumes you are buying prints.

If you've done photos with or without children, you know it can be stressful and sometimes you walk away worried you didn't get many good ones. Sia ALWAYS gets the good ones! Every time we see our photos, I realize it's worth the money and the effort because I could stare at them all day. Sometimes we even tear up when she delivers our photos (and I know we're not the only ones). I also love that she continues to invest in herself and her talent. If you are able to book a session with Sia, then consider yourself lucky. She is truly one of a kind!

This review and recommendations is way overdue!…read more As a wedding planner with 20 years in the industry, I've had the opportunity to work with many photographers, and Angela Sue Photography has always stood out. Angela Delahoussaye and her husband, Michael, are an incredibly talented wife-and-husband team, and when it came time to choose a photographer for our 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal in Barcelona, Spain there was no question. They were the perfect choice. We flew Angela and Michael with us for the week, and they went above and beyond in every way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to stay on schedule made the entire experience seamless. What truly sets them apart is their ability to capture not just beautiful images, but the real emotion behind each moment. Angela has an incredible eye for preserving the essence and beauty of every scene, and the results were absolutely breathtaking. Angela was there every step of the day, from our initial decision to plan this experience, being with us the entire week, to being a part of our lives. Even though this trip was a vow renewal, Angela knew how important it was to us. She was always there to help keep my nerves at bay or talk me off the ledge. Whatever I needed or not needed, Angela made me feel as if I was a bride getting married for the first time. Angela is truly a gem, and we are grateful to have met her. When we received our final photos, we were blown away. Every image tells a story, bringing us right back to the magic of that week. I cannot recommend Angela Sue Photography highly enough. If you want photographers who are not only skilled but also kind, dedicated, and a joy to work with, look no further. We can go on and say so much more about Angela and Michael. What I can say is that you won't regret hiring them for your event. Whether it's a wedding, anniversary, birthday party, etc....they are worth every $$$. Thank you, Angela and Michael, for capturing memories we will cherish forever!

Professional, kind, and passionate about their work. We instantly connected with them. Their style of photography (natural) is exactly what we were looking for and they delivered. He has a special talent for capturing the joy of the moment and love between the couple. He went far above and beyond in making sure that everything was perfect. His ideas were original and creative. Prior to the event, he went to the venue to check out the best locations for photo opportunities. Our event ended at 10 PM. That night he must have spent hours preparing a special gift for our daughter. It was a slide show set to her wedding song, suitable for posting on Facebook. He said that often the couples have to wait so long before the professional photographs are done and so he wanted her to have something right away. He did an amazing job that totally captured the event from the pinning on the men's boutonnières, to the bridal party leaving the limo, through the entire event. Each photo captured the spirit of love and joy that characterized the event. His prices are incredibly reasonable for the services he provides. He even includes a 40 page photo book for the couple and a high quality image for framing. Since we did not want a large 10x 14 photo he let us substitute smaller images. Everything Frank did was well thought out and professional. He includes two sets of photos- one high resolution and suitable for printing and framing and the other low resolution for easy posting on social media. We feel very fortunate to have met Frank and highly recommend his services.

Gordon photographed my wedding in October 2020. Given the glowing reviews and the good looking…read morephotos on his website, I was very surprised and saddened at the end result. His fees were very reasonable, but the quality was not there. Many photos had poor backgrounds and were not well framed. He also did essentially no editing. The bride's skin came out overly pink and he did no color correction. I understand that I did not pay for extensive editing, but I was expecting a smaller number of quality pictures, not a dump of several hundred photos of mostly poor quality. I spoke with Gordon about my concerns and his response was that the lighting was difficult because we picked the worst time of day (late afternoon). Our wedding was very simple and I would have been willing to make adjustments such as changing the exact place we did the ceremony, etc. - however, Gordon did not bring any of this up beforehand. His response was that he did not want to upset the bride. Well guess what? The bride is upset now because of the low quality of the photos. My take is that if you have a very simple wedding in a standard venue, Gordon can do an ok job. However, if there's anything challenging (harsh lighting, difficult backgrounds) then Gordon is not up to the job. I hate leaving this review because Gordon seems very nice and he was easy to work with (at least until I saw the finished photos). Ultimately however his photography was not up to a professional level. I'm also upset that I tried to give him feedback when we got the photos and he simply rejected all of it and would not listen to my concerns or do anything to try and improve the situation. We ended up handing the photos off to another professional photographer for editing, with the result that we did get at least a few decent shots.
