First was in 2014, and the second one closed yesterday. The Redfin website is great for helping you find properties you might find interest in, and it is easy to schedule viewings and home tours to see multiple properties. The agent at viewings wasn't always Andrew, but for the most part were always knowledgable about the local market and helpful. Andrew did everything he could to make sure I got what was fair in a difficult market and situation. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andrew again in the future, the two houses I have bought with him have been a pleasurable experience. If I was interested in a property upon viewing it, he would call immediately to discuss pricing, and strategies for the offer. It is an extremely tough market for buying houses right now, many places sell in a weekend, and you need an agent right now that can work in these conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redfin and Andrew to anyone.

With a day or two I had my own, personal online "portal" where new listings that fit my criteria would filter through. Based off of how much I liked, or disliked those, Patrick was able to find others and open up more doors to possibilities. Although I had (fairly) high demands for the maximum price I wanted to pay, such is the case with Austin, we were able to find several properties that met all of my goals. We kept on trying after the first few fell through due to bidding wars and other offers going above my price point, but Patrick kept on searching and presenting options. When we finally found "the one", which ended up being the best of all, in a sense, his work did not stop there.
