He came looked at my car and said he didn't have it but would order it and give me a call tomorrow to follow up on how long till it came in. Two days later I realized I didn't hear from him. I called in and he said, "oh yeah. It'll be in I'll give you a call once it gets here." I followed up again a few days later and they still didn't have it. If it would've taken this long I would've gone to Auto Zone. It's been months now and they've never called me. Every time I had to call to follow up with them. The guy was really nice the place looked legit and I really wanted to like this place but their customer service outside of directly was horrible.

By looking at the glare of my brake lights reflecting off the windows of an office, i found which brake lights wasn't working. Disassembling the rear brake set, i found #7443 bulb was needed. Seems each socket uses a different bulb. Going to an Ace Hardware store not helpful. they don't carry this bulb. Went to Autozone, found it easily in the light bulb aisle. $9.99 same price as other light bulbs. Checked out relatively easy. store not busy. Probably the area. Front door was boarded up. Was able to change 1 bulb after some heavy pulling. The other bulb still unwilling to come out. Both bulbs had slightly blackish dust within..one appeared to be still working. Will need to find another window to reflect my brake lights to judge whether they are dead...

I came over to 4WP, like I did a year ago and got the same great service (David) and the N-Fab steps I wanted. It cost almost 30% more than on line, (full retail pop) but when it comes to correcting problems, money sometimes becomes secondary. I ordered on Monday and the as called to pick them up a couple of days later. This IS a retail shop and you're going to pay for the good stuff. They have installers. There aren't a lot of shops that do what they do here. I can't attest to the quality of mechanic (s) you find here. I would definitely recommend 4WP to anyone interested in modifying their off road rig. They have what you are looking for. The steps installed easily. Real easy.
