Despite the name of business, they do the full range of car repairs and servicing here. They also do MOTS. It's a family run business, and the service is faultless. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I have never felt that they were ripping me off or taking advantage because I'm a woman!

He lied about when the work was being started on the crap car they sold me. Upon asking him what was being done to my car and by whom, he became rude and defensive telling me I shouldn't even be asking that question! Eventually he told me their dodgy mechanic was going to remove my gearbox to place a refurbished one bearing in mind its an automatic and this little boy is not an automatic gearbox specialist! He made me cancel my MOT whilst my car took over a month to get fixed because he said "don't worry we'll sort that for you" but hasn't bothered to get that sorted for me. He gave me a courtesy car with NO TAX OR MOT which we then had to sort out for him after a few weeks of driving it illegally. Through this whole process he belittled me and spoke to me sarcastically as if i was a piece of sh*t under his shoe. Being pregnant with ASD this was extremely distressing for me. Even after explaining my situation and diagnosis with him he still continued to treat me with utter disrespect. I quote - "30 years of business" but still not a sense of intelligence in that little man's brain. I have ASD but still more social skills than that useless !@#£

When the car I bought from…read morethem (Mazda6) was found to be burning excessive oil and needed new piston rings and a new O2 sensor, they repaired the car with no quibbles. They spent a lot of money getting the car to the standard expected and whilst diagnosing they ended up removing the intake manifold to clean the PVC sensor, gave the car multiple oil changes and top ups, a new fan belt, new stem valve seals and some other engine part I can't remember! At one point they took the car to Mazda who were useless and said the car needed a new engine! All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Carstore Wales to others. Steve and Pete did their very best to ensure I remained a happy customer and despite all the time and extra cost to them they maintained a friendly, accommodating attitude towards me. I bet Ty the mechanic will be glad that he never has to strip down that engine again!

They didn't even see the car when they quoted me. It was based on the mileage. MB Specialist gave me a lower estimate over the phone for the same work. I forgot to call back to book it in until a few weeks later. When I finally got it booked in and serviced the cost came back even less as some of the work the dealership quoted for was not needed. I saved over £200 in total and they did a great job. They are the real deal. Very professional. A great set up. There were several very nice Mercedes there being serviced which was reassuring. I will 100% use this garage from now on and cannot recommend them enough.

This garage is a small outfit located in Trostre industrial estate. I have used this garage for…read moremany years and have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The service is always good and you are advised of all possible repair options and the costs involved. Staff are willing to slip you home should you need the lift alternatively you are very close to the Trostre parc shopping centre. I believe most of the staff here used to specialise in Rover cars however they are happy to undertake any repairs. They have a good reputation and do undertake MOT's. You do need to book in advance for any routine work as they are very busy, sometimes you have to wait more than two weeks. However it is worth it for quality repairs.

This is a very good shop which is well laid out , at the back of the shop you will find the bike department , if you buy a bike Halfords will put the bike together for you if you wish. Halfords also have a good range of carseats , if you need advice on which carseat is suitable for your car just ask a member of staff who will fit the carseat in your car. Halfords can be expensive on some things so it is worthwhile looking in Spares world which is near by

It was a good job then that when one of the headlight bulbs went in my car recently that I headed straight for Halfords. The guys working in there were incredibly friendly and thankfully didn't patronise me (even when I had to ask them which light I actually needed). Furthermore they even fitted the light for me straight away. So if you're ever in need of any car accessories or help fitting them, head straight for Halfords!
