This woman might be the nastiest woman on earth. Provides broken machines and then harasses and yells at you that you didn't say good morning to her before discussing the broken machines. I'm sorry lady but you are the absolute least deserving of a good morning. In fact if you care so much about good mornings perhaps you should be a little less nasty to your customers and fix the machines. Just like the reviews say, this place is trashy, machines are broken, and employee is rude. DONT DO IT!! Run, run, run. But if you do go in here, record her the entire time, this is the only way she will keep her mouth shut. read more

Disappointed when I came to wash. All front washers are out of service 12/28/2025. 13 washing machines out of service. When I asked the lady about the machines all she told me was "Bye". So I would say they are no longer customer friendly. The 2 star is for it being open. They had 7 washing machines all were being used. Phelan needs another laundrymat. read more

Do yourself a huge favor and AVOID! Repeat AVOID! Travel to Hesperia its worth the drive & inconvenience. The place is full of tweekers. Attendant has an attitude, may not be her fault, since she's dealing with the undesirable clientele. Many machines had either tape on them indicating "out of order", and looked extremely old and junky. No debit card ability, coin only. This is NOT a modernized, clean laundromat whatsoever. Imo owner should shut this place down if they choose not to offer a better experience for people to do their laundry. I have lived in the Wrightwood area for 18 years now and on occasion we've had to use this laundromat. It has not changed or seemed to have been updated at all. My biggest problem is, they do not have a good spin cycle on the washers so your clothes come out wet and then you spend a fortune trying to dry it over there. It's a gimmick and I'm not sure why they haven't been turned in yet. read more

I have meant to write a review about my experience. Now I'm taking the time. Let me start off by saying the worker there was very helpful and I almost gave another star for that. I was surprised to get that service from here. However, it did feel a little intrusive in an odd way to have them so close to my clothes. This is a small place and not very big. There are not a lot of driers and I heard people complaining in Spanish that the driers weren't getting warm. I even saw someone talk to an employee that the driers weren't getting didn't dry. Sure enough, my clothes even after spending close to if not $30, still came out damp. Some of the machines are old and I don't think they are equipped to handle heavy loads or big blankets. I want to like this place, but maybe there needs to be some improvements before I go back. read more

I needed a dress altered and many of my neighbors recommended Kim. I was not disappointed. Kim was friendly, expedient and very professional. She did a fantastic job on the dress! The price of the alterations was very reasonable and it fit like a glove. I highly recommend Kim. read more

I want to share an uncomfortable and embarrassing moment at a local Laundromat in Phelan. We brought in blankets and sheet sets that had to be washed. They had a bit of hair on them. While transferring the clothes to the dryers, the attendant Delia commented on the amount of hair on our blankets that most have fallen on the floor. I felt embarrassed and didn't respond. My husband also seemed uncomfortable and remained silent. However, the attendant persisted and even asked if we cut hair. My husband started feeling unwell, so I had him wait in the car while I finished up. Before leaving, I politely asked the attendant for the contact information of the owner. The attendant, Delia, displayed a consistently unpleasant and discourteous demeanor. After obtaining the owners contact information, I confronted her about her lack of compassion, which she promptly feigned ignorance of. I reminded her about making comments about the fallen hair from our blankets previously. I explained to her my husband's battle with cancer, and how her comments about the hair on the floor had made him feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. To my dismay, she showed no remorse and offered no apology. Instead, she callously mentioned that her own mother and other family members had succumbed to cancer, insinuating that she might face the same fate due to genetic predisposition. I was left utterly astounded. It is regrettable to say that Delia is, without a doubt, the most dreadful employee I have encountered in this small community. read more

Literally the worst laundromat I've ever been to. It is filthy inside and the water stinks. Half the machines don't work. One quarter gets you 3 minutes for the dryer. I used 3 dryers and put 30 mins in each dryer (10 quarters each). One of them wasn't getting hot and when I told the lady she said I have to put in at least 40 mins for them to get hot. I told her the other 2 worked and she just shrugged. This place isn't worth how much they want to charge. read more

I recently moved here so I came to this laundromat since it's the closest & it was really bad. I spent almost 100 dollars on 2 baskets of clothing & 2 blankets. My clothes still came out DIRTY & with oil stains? Also, I had to keep putting quarters in the dryer & still ended up taking home my clothes damp. More than half of the machines were not working. Short lady is really nice the taller one seems to have an attitude when people kept asking why the machines weren't drying. I definitely do NOT recommend this laundromat unless you want to spend you whole day there. I went around 1 ended up leaving until 5. Many other people in there were also new/disappointed on how their clothes came out. Multiple of us left with damp clothing. Sucks now I have to travel all the way to Hesperia to do my laundry. I came to this laundromat at 5 pm and was turned away when the laundromat closes at 7pm. I'm sure it doesn't take two hrs to wash and dry one load of laundry. What I really think the issue is is that the lady is judging me and my boyfriend by our appearance. We walked all the way here w our clothes in a wagon because we just lost our car so sorry if we look like bums. No where is it posted that the last load is at 5 o clock. And now I know this woman is judging us by our appearance cause allowed a lady who came after us to dp laundry. It really sucks that there are such mean people in the world. read more

Very bad service never cleans the dryers or washers stained my clothes all of it and had to re wash at my own expense and she astill got mad at me like it was my fault. Kim is very friendly, and right there to give assistance if needed. The laundromat is always clean and tidy. Kim is also a fantastic seamstress. I've utilized her talents several times and everything she's done has been perfect. Not to mention that they also do fluff and fold PLUS dry cleaning. Very bad place... Dryers are 25 cents for only 3 mins . Cost me 5 dollars to dry 1 load of clothes .. there prices to wash are outrageous... I normal go to 7th st in Victorville but I thought well I live in phelan I'll try it.. never again place is dirty . Very clean and staff is super friendly. Definitely on the pricey side and sad since it is the only laundromat near Wrightwood where we live so forced to pay unless I want to drive 20 plus miles. Washers range from $3.50 to $6.50 a load. Wish they would re evaluate their pricing. read more

Much more expensive than the laundromat I usually go to. $3.50 for medium loads and $0.25 for drying but the dryers don't dry at all on the first try at high temp. Had to keep adding quarters to try to get my clothes moderately dry. I was not the only person to complain so I guess next time I will just drive out a bit further away for better quality. read more

I have been to this laundromat a couple of other times for their dry cleaning services, but today was the first time I have used their laundromat. It is a really clean environment and their washers and dryers are very clean. There was only a couple of other people in there with me. Many washers and dryers to chose from and they have machines for small loads and large loads. The lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. Overall I would say I really liked going here and will be going again. read more

I only go here occasionally to do extra large loads, like comforters, and the last time I went, the lady that mans the front desk was very nice and very helpful. They have a bunch of different size washers priced according to size. The dryers are all the same size and cost a quarter per 10 or 15-minute cycle, and they seem to work well. The times I went, I never saw an "out of order" sign on any of the machines. They also have a change machine, and a machine where you can buy soap and other laundry needs. It's never been crowded and there are always machines available. It's been reasonably clean the times I've gone; there are plenty of carts and counter space for folding clothes.
