The place was spotless and the lady working there was on it, not letting a speck of dirt anywhere. The bathroom was also clean. I spent about $30 to wash and dry , but could have been less if I didn't wash and dry all 3 separately . The folding tables were great and I even had a super sweet lady offer to help me fold my rugs up when I was done! Great experience and I will be back to wash extra large loads such as these.

Then, when I came back with my load, they directed me to a washing machine, I didn't need to scramble around to find one. The overall vibe felt welcoming, down to earth and friendly. And, I also liked that they have a wet floor sign and how they move the carts to the side to keep the space safe and accessible to people passing through. I appreciated that even if they could have asked me to move my cart, they took care of it and just let me load my laundry and chill. Then, after I washed my load, they directed to the closest available dryer, which was also appreciated. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was dirty and looked like trash had been swept under machines. But, I liked that they were good about dusting their washers consistently and keeping them in working order. I also like how they regularly clean their dryer filters. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. If the floors were more thoroughly cleaned, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than the floors, I love the warm and welcoming vibe at this place so for that, I would come again. I've been to a few laundromats but none of them have been as friendly and accommodating as this one. So just on their vibe alone, I'd say this is my favorite one.

What was unusual was that a very pleasant woman came to my mother and I with cold bottles of water and plastic laundry bags. I was so surprised! I thanked her and told her that it was very considerate. She explained to me that her and her husband were the new owners. I then noticed her husband in the parking lot picking up trash and she continued to hand out water and plastic bags to everyone who entered during the time we were there. She helped customers with questions and making change. I was extremely impressed. I with the best to both of them and I hope they continue with the high standards that they have established.
