Apparently they make everything from scratch. The wings came with the sweet, sticky bourbon flavor. The flatbread pizza was OK, but it really liked a little bit of flavor of one of the other. My club sandwich was delicious creaminess from the mayonnaise, real bacon strips, fresh lettuce, and toasted Texas toast. And the fries fries were seasoned with something flavorful and they were hot and tasted like real potatoes. They were really really good. The part I didn't like was the receipt. One additional charge for using a credit card, but there's no sign in the restaurant on the menus talking about a fee and then the group A fee which I was told was the tax on the credit card fee. It's just didn't make sense. Hopefully somebody from the restaurant or someone who comes here can you explain this better in a reply to me . I don't want to avoid just because of three dollars in fees when the food was that good

We spoke with a male bartender who explained the "you pour" tap system in a pretty condescending way. We'd never been there before, so we were genuinely trying to understand how it worked. The system charges by the ounce depending on the beer/cocktail selected. My husband poured himself a 10oz beer from the clearly marked $.25/oz tap. When our total came out to almost $10 for that beer alone, we knew something was wrong because the tap directly next to it was $.90/oz. I went to the bar to politely ask about the charge and was met by the same bartender. He repeatedly assured me that I was wrong and that the charge was correct. I even offered to physically show him the tap that had been used. Again, he insisted I was mistaken and claimed the system was accurate. After going back and forth, I finally asked him, "Okay, then how much SHOULD a 10oz beer from that tap cost?" He checked the POS system and suddenly admitted: "Oh, you were charged wrong." Not once during this interaction did he apologize. Instead of simply saying, "I'm sorry, let me fix that," he spent several minutes confidently telling me I didn't know what I was talking about when I was actually correct the entire time. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, that level of arrogance and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, it's the attitude and complete refusal to acknowledge the mistake that ruined the experience. We immediately cashed out and left. Buyer beware: pay VERY close attention to what the taps are charging you because the pricing system is clearly inaccurate. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the live band was excellent. Safe to say we will not be returning.

Drinks were fantastic and the fact that I could taste different beers at a time or pour a whole glass either way, it's pretty self service and delicious. So try it. I recommend it. Noise level? Loud, but hey, it's a bar. The food? Ohhh, buckle up. I ordered a $10 burger. Seems fine... until you realize cheese is extra (because apparently dairy is a luxury item now) and it comes with no sides. Fries? That'll be another $4. And what do $4 fries look like? Picture 6 crinkle-cut sweet potato soldiers lost in a basket, sitting next to caramel dipping sauce like it's some kind of dessert tragedy. Proof in the photo -- that's not a "side of fries," that's a cry for help. And they brought the fries out a solid 10 minutes before my burger. Nothing says "romantic dinner" like watching your $4 worth of food slowly cool while waiting for your $10 burger to arrive. My boyfriend got a $3 Busch Light (hello, profit margins ) and a chicken wrap that was the size of a Taco Bell soft taco. Sure, he said it tasted good, but for $9, he'd need it to come with a foot rub and a motivational speech to make it worth it. We're young (I'm 22, he's 23), so going out is a treat. But this? This was the kind of "treat" where you wish you stayed home and microwaved a Hot Pocket instead. The waiter was sweet, and I think the owner checked on us, but I was too sad to say anything. Sad because they really think these prices match their portions. Final verdict: McDonald's would've been cheaper, tastier, and given me at least 12 fries.
