We had a meeting with her to get acquainted before leaving town, and she asked all the right questions. There was a problem while we were gone (Big Boy Cat got protective of Old Lady Cat whilst Jill was medicating her); she called us immediately and handled it like a champ. They are also very flexible and attuned to your pet's needs. For example, when we were gone for a longer stretch of time, the sitter recomended longer visits based on our cat's behavior, and they were able to make that change easily. I also feel like the folks taking care of out cat genuinely enjoy spending time with him, and it feels good to leave him in the care of people who genuinely appreciate him and care like we do!
