I hadn't even told her the full story of what happened and she kept telling me what I should have done, designs that person owes me, how I should get back in touch with that person so that they could give me the partial work they did so I could give it to her, etc. I'm an attorney so I obviously know what I was supposed to do in that situation and what that person owes me. And honestly, none of that is her business but I was conveying what happened to me so she knew what situation I was in and that I needed some reliable. However, she missed that point completely and bogarted the conversation. When I was allowed to speak and partially state what work I wanted done, I was never allowed to get my full idea out before she cut me off and told me what was and wasn't possible and what I should be doing instead. I was glad when the phone call was done and agreed for her to send me a quote via email, which I honestly didn't even open. If that how she was on the very first phone call, I knew the rest of the process would be a nightmare. Definitely not worth it. Found someone else on Thumbtack and couldn't be happier.

Otherwise you get them in about 2 weeks +. The quality of these custom blinds is suspect since the order shipped in under 24 hours. Custom goods typically take longer than that unless they don't have much business. So again, the products are custom, ship within 24/48 hours and then come across the country on an LTL truck making the total time upwards of 2 weeks. The installer left screws on the floor throughout the house, had my 13 year old asking why his pants hung well below his butt to me, classless and left his drill charger and other tools onsite. They use a company called GreenSky for their financing. They are not a bank so they are NOT FDIC insured. They break the privacy protocols that most banks would be shutdown if they were caught partaking in. The entire process is sketchy and I would certainly suggest looking elsewhere if you want window treatments.

As of tonight there has been no response from the 2 emails I have sent and made 3 attempts to contact by phone with no results. First call said system was down call later, second call nothing again, third call today at 5:02 EST I was on hold for more than ten minutes and hung up. Sales rep and installer were excellent and easy to work with, however Customer Support lacks a lot. The problem is under warranty for 7 years will they honor it?

It did not come with leather pillows, as we were told by our sales lady that it would, so the owner made it right by having four fabric pillows of our choice made for us. Three months after having the sofa, the white leather on one of the cushions started wearing away. I emailed the owner, and he is promptly replacing the entire cushion at no charge. I just hope that we do not notice this issue on other pieces of the sofas, as we did not purchase the extended warranty. Comfy, handsome furniture.
