He was extremely polite and assured me he could sort. Mark contacted me later that day to say he would call Tuesday 23/6/15 at 8am to fix my problem, having ordered the necessary parts. On the "dot" of 8am Mark duly arrived and by 9am he had sorted my shower and had carried out a number of safety checks ensuring all good. He followed up later that day with electronic copies of my invoice and safety certificate.
