The company falsley claimed to be registered with professional bodies. Money was demanded for work that had not been done. Work undertaken was of very poor quality. The serious allegations against Mersey Builders was upheld. The company was fined. Lee doesn't rob you and always gives you a no nonsense approach. I had just moved into a new property and thought I needed a radiator replacing, after having Lee round it was quickly established that the radiator was working however I just had air in all of my systems. Lee was able to sort this out quickly and kept the price down - he could have easily have charged me to replace the radiator but he was honest about what the issue was. Highly recomend!!
