I am not able now to drive that distance so a couple of phone calls I got Aigburth Plumbing phone number. It was Saturday but to leave the loo pouring all weekend would be very bad and expensive. Not checking opening times I rang in desperation! The response by the person that answered the phone was "IS IT BUSINESS?", I got part of a sentence out about problem and the phone was slammed down without a word!! How rude, just a sorry we are closed but you could try... No chance. Absolutely disgusting.

The company falsley claimed to be registered with professional bodies. Money was demanded for work that had not been done. Work undertaken was of very poor quality. The serious allegations against Mersey Builders was upheld. The company was fined.
