I was greeted by a young friendly lady (she has long blond hair and is fairly new to Zest) Sadly, i didn't catch her name. She was very friendly and explained to me that a blowout is called a BlowDry in the U.K. She did a great job with my hair and curled the ends like I requested. My hair has lasted for some time and still looks great! The price was very affordable and as I'm an American, I tipped her for a job very well done! Next time I'm in Southend I will be returning to Zest for the great service and tea!

I must say tho Jenna is a star with kids too :) My hair desperatly needed doing after i had my little girl and i felt like a new woman once i had, had it done. Anyway, a guy with fantastic hair named Ash offered me a cup of tea and gave me the tingliest scalp massage ever whilst he washed my hair and we chatted about how cool The Prodigy are, and then Dan gave me the honor of blow drying and straightening my hair.
