Typical Pharmaprix. They have a nice selection of magazines in both English and French, including some from France. All the usual items you'd expect from a pharmacy plus some food items. Generally a good place to buy any essentials. I did have an issue with the cashier giving me bag and charging it for when I had said I didn't need it. However, she refunded me in cash for the bag right away when I mentioned it. read more

Canada's equivalent of CVS and Walgreens, this pharmacy/drugstore has all the over-the-counter medications you could need as well as cosmetics, personal car, greeting cards and enough groceries to just about be able to skip a full size supermarket. It's far from the touristy areas, so don't expect people to speak English. Just go with the flow. read more

Staffs at the beauty counter are extremely helpful whenever I have any questions. They don't try to make a sale from you, that's a plus! The stores have enough groceries to save you for the last-minute meal when everything around is closed (They closed at 10 PM). Tons of specials every week. There is a pharmacy and a post office at the back of the store. What else? Oh, the cosmetic and beauty aisles are a treat because they have some of the best brands in the world that are inexpensive and of great quality. I got my spring/summer moisturizer for 20$! It's not Sephora, but hey, they are good enough. My recommendation at Pharmaprix? Get the sesame bread! They taste heavenly. read more

Again...there is this arrogant long haired tatooed pharmacy assistant (lol...no assistance there) ; he is just simply rude and he seems to be on major medications himself. He,s quite simply not all there and is constantly staring out into the aisles...you ( the 2 kind owners) should look into whatever anti- psychotic meds this guy is on and how it may affect his lack of professionalism as he often reeks of alcohol...the 2 don,t mix very well. read more

The casher in the back pulled by my backpack onto the floor because I had headphones and was about to leave and didn't hear her scream at me . She said I was stealing, and that she needed to search my bag . I showed her my receipt, and the manager never apologized for the assault . She was actually mean and said that they had a reason to be suspicious. The manager with blond hair told me that she didn't care if I didn't come back . I have spent over 10 000 in the past years at this pharmacy. That manager needs to be fired read more

To be avoided. The owners are no longer present as they once were. The staff changes every day. They don't know their customers, or where anything is located, or how to use their computer system to communicate, even among themselves. Prescription notes go unheeded. Waste of time and energy, major source of frustration. There are much better alternatIves in the neighbourhood. read more

I always had a fast and comprehensive attendance whenever i had professional or commercial service required in person or online, please i commend all employees and keep the good work. Louis Pelletier, recurrent customer since 3 years read more

I do not recommend this pharmacy. The staff are very rude, condescending and not helpful.

the pharmacy counter is pretty bad . i have issues pretty much all the time . since i call ahead around 1h ahead , they most of the time aren't ready and dont communicate with one another so by the time i go the shift switched and they are clueless it happened more than once i had to leave without my medication . Be prepared read more

Always in this place, I remember when it was Warshaw's. Good service, great place to go to to get eggs and milk if Segal's is closed. Pro-tip: check out the weekend flyer online and get some really good deals on staples like eggs and milk. read more

Prescription counter is a little on the slow side (45 minutes) even when there were no other clients. Maybe ask for your prescription to be delivered. read more

Love this location because it is close to where I live, but also because you can get food items at a great price. The key here is to go regularly as the specials always change some of the good deals i get here are Butter (no name brand), which can often be found at between 2.99-3.49 a pound and they always have salted and non salted (great if you bake) Cheddar cheese, they have two brands that are on sale regulary, from mild to Extra fort, for about half the regular cost Ice cream (various brands like Breyers, and Magnum's), almost always half price Eggs for 2.19 Bottled waters, their Eska is always on sale 4 for 5$, and my new fav a Life brand flavored water 6 for 1.79 (can beat that) Juice (Tropicana), often 2- 5$ Cleaning product like Bio life, which are green and many others that are all sale regulary. There are always sale items through out the store so going regularly up and down the isles is usefull, and a great way to stock up on things like toiletries. The pharmacie is also where you wil find really nice people with great advice. Another tip is get the optimum card, it will quickly add up especially on household items and you will be rewarded 10$ off so why not it takes 2 min to get one and it's free. And they have free parking in the back, but beware they close the back entry after 18h. read more

Free parking in the back, very wide aisles (used to be a grocery store), large selection of food and junk food. Lots of frozen treats and beverages. All these little things add up to a great pharmacy, recommeded. read more

There is a Canada post inside this pharmaprix. It is some of the worst customer service you will ever encounter.

The store itself is great, but I am not sure about the pharmacy...the owners are really nice and I never had a problem when I dealt with them directly (Pierre Tremblay & Eric Van Hoenackerbut), but the staff...there is a red-haired girl that usually works evenings and boy does she know how to screw up. She ordered a wrong prescription for me that takes at least 3 weeks to arrive. My doctor called and reordered so it will take another 3 weeks, not to mention that it is time sensitive. When the medications arrived the last time, she never called to let me know, and I went in to check about this last one a few days ago and I think that the staff was annoyed with me - they told me that nothing can be done in order to rush the medication and that they will call me (kind of like "don't bother us by asking to rush or coming over to check if we received it"). I would expect them to be at least nice and apologetic about it since they are the ones who made the mistake, but somehow I felt like I was the bad guy here...Anyways, I would advise anyone using this pharmacy's services to double check their medications and to make sure everything is in order. As for me, I think I will take it to Jean Coutu from now on - I don'twant negative experiences like this in my life. read more
