You can get an enjoyable experience every time, well almost every time…read more Very helpful staff and aim to please but due to staff shortage and high attrition rate, the service experience suffers especially within the pharmacy section. Things are not always bad but also not always great, the importance is in the attempt to make them better.

My review is strictly based on my experience at the prescription counter/pharmacy section. The wait to get a prescription filled is oddly long regardless of what time or day you visit, having waited a half hour on more than 1 occasion with barely any customers present. They used to have great staff at the counter who were professional, and kind but now the staff has completely changed and they are rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Every single time I go I witness an unpleasant exchange of words between a staff member and a client, not acceptable. They have also made errors in entering my insurance information making me have to pay upfront and return for a refund after my insurance company confirms that my coverage is active, but staff incorrectly entered my birth date or coverage info, and then of course returning for the refund I got attitude from the staff member and no apology for their error. Tired of dreading going to pick up a prescription I finally switched pharmacies and what a difference. I've even called and left a message for the pharmacist when switching my families file to another pharmacy to speak to him about my concerns and as expected, never got a call back. Funny thing, when I called the nearby Uniprix to switch my file they automatically guessed which pharmacy I was transferring my file from, guess I am not the only one!

I rechecked it with customer service and the code was right. Called them back to correct the code. The employee cursed at me and was irritated. Her boss told me that she also had seen that the code was wrong. After realizing that they had entered the WRONG numbers they never apologized and ask me to step aside so they could serve others. That took one hour and I left feeling abused.

I asked the technician to show me some non prescribed medications (that are still on their side of the pharmacy), the lady kept doing her things. After, I tried to make myself more visible I said:"excuse me?!": the lady raised her voice right there and told me me to wait. I have thought that maybe the lady is having a hard morning, so I requested consultation with pharmacist regarding the stomachache. I asked my question, the pharmacist was rude and.mean looking, plus at the end he didn't recommend anything. Anyway, it is not the pharmaceutical lab I would've recommended The most ironic part is that the cashier at the door was very nice and welcoming Usually, cashiers are mean and cold, while pharmaceutical lab staff is suppose to be welcoming (so sick people wouldn't have to deal with attitudes on top of bad health)
