I was super excited about Kratom Kava Bar as I had an awesome experience at the brand new Nashville locations when visiting! I had high hopes and they absolutely did not disappoint! Super nice, kind ,and helpful employees! I was immediately greeted by smiling faces from the time I entered the store til the time I left! This place is amazing! If you are looking for great quality kratom this is definitely the place to go. They have many many different types of kratom for just about anything and fantastic staff that would love to help you find the perfect product for you as an individual! If you are purchasing your kratom normally from a smoke shop I HIGHLY recommend visiting Kratom Kava Bar instead! I cannot wait to watch this business grow and thrive as a new addition to Nashville Tn! Every location never disappoints with their customer service efforts and their amazing hospitality! My boyfriend has been using Kratom for a year but I'm new to the Kratom game. He had been buying from a different Kratom store until a few months ago it was good but all the sudden the quality went downhill. I'd never know if I should give him more or less because I didn't know how potent or strong it was. So me being the detective I am, researched Kratom in the area and stumbled across "The Kratom Store." I am so happy to have found it because the staff is so helpful, caring and knowledgeable and the Kratom is on point! After going to visit the "old store" I found out why their Kratom went downhill. Apparently the co-owner decided she wanted to do things different and went her own way and made "The Kratom Store!" Omg apparently she is the reason why the other place was good and now they lost her! I'm glad she left though because the old place was so rude and was spreading rumors. I don't respect establishments that act like children and bad mouth and make up stuff. All in all, I'm happy with the products they have at the Kratom store. Kratom tea bags, Kratom extracts, Kratom capsules, Kratom tablets, and Kratom powders! Believe me you won't be disappointed!! read more

I have recently visited The Kratom store in carlsbad after previously shopping at the location in La Mesa off of La Mesa Blvd, this shop was set up very similarly, very clean and the staff was beyond knowledgeable. You can tell from store to store you can continue no matter what location you are, get the best customer service and work with honestly the best in the industry. I once again got Gold Bali and Green Malay in there pressed tablets and was NOT disappointed in the quality. As the ladies there will tell you the consistency in their brand is very noticeable and will keep me going back! If you are newer to kratom or someone who has been taking it for a while, go here! read more

Kratom was a new idea for me and I just walked in one day to check it out, which was one of my best decisions honestly. The staff were great, best Customer Service I have gotten in a very long time. I ended up leaving with the red Bali kratom powder and have been having a good nights sleep ever since, I am so grateful for this as I had problems falling asleep before! I have given the recommendation to other friends and family I know who have similar issues and they have also had great results from the products here. I must say the quality is very good and consistent...helps that all the women are smart and beautiful...lol thanks guys! read more

I LOVE this place so much! Sonia was so wonderful helping me pick out exactly what was needed for me. We even sparked up a friendly convo while I was waiting for my goodies, she taught me so much about the wide variety of Kratom they have and not once did she seem overwhelmed by all the questions I have. If you are new to Kratom like I am then this is the best place because of how knowledgeable and helpful they are, you will leave with so much information which was great :) I find it hard to fall asleep and I am now very happy I got a strain to help me with this. I love coming here always so friendly and convenient! read more

Amazing products and even better staff and location. I love how close to me it is. I was helped by JP. I had never tried kratom before but was told about the incredible effect it has by a friend who frequents this store. JP was so knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns and wishes, and helped guide me to the best strains for my needs. I am glad he did not mind all my questions and answered everything I asked! Needless to say, they have kept me as a customer for life and I will always recommend to anyone I come across and to all my family and friends! Thanks again for all your help. read more

I happened to be passing by and went in this store and was helped by Amelie, I'm from out of town and was surprised by the potency of the Kratom. Amelie is so smart and has so much information on Kratom, we sat and spoke for over an hour about the different strains and what would work well for me. I got the Green Malay which is the most euphoric strain there is and I absolutely love it. I even left with a sample of the Mocha Kratom Candy and I will definitely be checking out their online store to purchase some more products and whenever I am back in town I will, no doubt be back! About time a store like this opened in Carlsbad! Great location near me! Overall I had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the products. They had a good selection to choose from. Very top quality Kratom and the potency is A1 and super consistent. I love that their kratom was tested in a lab in the USA too. I haven't used my purchase yet but I am excited to give it a go and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! I can't wait to go back there and try other products and to try their Kratom Candy! read more

This kratom and kava bar in Carlsbad is honestly one of my favorite places to relax. The kratom drinks are always fresh and balanced, and the kava has that smooth, calming vibe that melts away stress. I've tried kratom and kava at a few other spots, but nothing feels quite like the atmosphere here. The staff really know their kratom and kava, and they make everyone feel welcome--whether you're new or a regular. It's the perfect place to unwind, chat, or just chill out with some great kratom and kava. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Came here for the first time with two of my friends and we had the best experience! We had never tried Kratom and the woman working was so so helpful and informative. We even got complimentary snacks after we finished our drinks and sat to talk for a while. We went during happy hour and got a free drink when we paid for two. Also, I got a sample of the kratom for dogs when I had mentioned my senior dog might feel more relaxed if she was able to have this. Will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone I know. See you soon!! read more
