We took it to the dealership trusting that it would be fixed correctly and now thousands of dollars later it runs worse than before. Repairs were supposed to be under warranty but they admit no wrongdoing or offer any real resolutions, instead lie and say that we were told it needed a new motor and declined, which I have invoices to prove was never presented as an option. Incompetent service and complete disregard and terrible customer service by their management. We're longtime customers but I will never buy and have anything serviced there again. I had to mark a star to post the review but this experience deserves no stars.
