After AAA shafted me ("Oh it's not an emergency and we're only doing tows for emergencies right…read morenow"), and the first place I called this morning estimated 60-90 minutes but hadn't shown up 3+ hours later, I gave these guys a call. First impression: the lady answering the phone is clearly used to talking to customers and knows how to make one feel like they're going to be taken care of. As opposed to Other Shop #1, where I came away without much confidence that I was even in their system to be picked up. Second impression: After the initial ETA was estimated at 60-90 minutes, the truck showed up within less than 30. Third impression: The driver, Dustin, was friendly and professional. Start to finish, a good experience all around. In summary: I wish I'd called these guys first! Ideally I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call now.

When the transmission in my car went out I told my insurance company to call 1st Class Towing, even though it wasn't fully covered by my plan. I rode with him to the repair shop to pick up my loaner, and we talked dirt track racing the whole way. A big thanks to the Parker police officer who also waited with me as I broke down during school drop-off time and was completely in the way. FYI folks - I wasn't sitting on the wrong side of the road for fun. Man, some of those peeps were mean! Thanks to all who helped this "damsel in distress" get taken care of.

So…read morethey've had my car for a solid two weeks and didn't bother texting or calling me a single time with updates or any progression with the car, I ended up having to reach out every time(have the call logs to prove it). I'm fairly knowledgeable about cars and do most of my own work but this issue with the car left me and obviously "Nick" dumbfounded even though he'll boast about spending sooo much time on it -Thats nice bud, car still isn't fixed- and the shop kept whining about the "aftermarket" parts I installed even though they are pretty much the equivalent but didn't bother listening to what all I've done and ruled out, so after I had reached out to get an update they said my aftermarket fuel pressure sensor wasn't putting out the exact OEM pressure and wanted to replace it with an overpriced OEM one (mind you I already replaced it when I pulled the rails and injectors) but like an idiot who just wanted my car to work I said yes not knowing they over charge out the rear for labor, 2.6 hours to take a manifold off? and 455$ to do it? that's insane and guess what? it didn't fix anything, so I had a super unpleasant call with I guess is his wife I wasn't pleasant but I wasn't rude either her on the other hand? Jesus, like lady you people have had my car for a full two weeks and I've had to do all the reaching out and the car isn't fixed, but here's the kicker when she gave me the total I was awestruck so I mentioned I was gonna dispute that with Nick so she blew up on the phone (super unprofessional) seems like they've been down this road before. So I was on my way back down to that side of town and my father said he was just gonna go pick up the car because I was still an hour away and they wanted him to pay cash? because I said I was gonna dispute their blatant rip off. If you made it to the end the take away is this DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP P.S. To the owner no need for a BS sudo HR style response you're unpleasant unprofessional and a joke

I took my car to CARSTAR where the work started on Tuesday morning when I dropped my car off. They completed the work by Friday afternoon. The dent repair was immaculate, I couldn't even see where the original damage was. The staff was super friendly and accommodating even with me picking up my car late on Friday. They were in constant contact with me, notifying my when my car was progressing to the next "stage" in the repair. The only thing that I wished would have been different was the interior was kinda dirty, but maybe body repair shops do not consider cleanup as part of the work? If that is the case, no worries. The auto repair shop replaced at least one part on the car that was not damaged with a lesser more used part. The primary known part at this time (although others may be found) is the steering wheel. The steering wheel was not damaged when the car was dropped off. When the car was returned the steering wheel had been replaced by a much more worn part. This part being touched at all was not disclosed in any of the paperwork. Resolution of this issue needs to be the return of the original steering wheel or a replacement new steering wheel from the factory. In addition they will need to pay for that steering wheel to be replaced by the dealership. In addition I would like this came to be noted with this fraud.
