Edit: In response to the response for this review, I recommend you reach out to Yelp and have them remove you from weekend services as I did not view your page to see whether or not you were open on the weekends. I requested a quote via Yelp and Yelp sent the quote request to a list of available companies at the time. If your company is not available for services on the weekends, then you should let Yelp know to prevent this from happening in the future.

They also charged a 5% card fee and convenience and other fees. The Motel said that this company tows loads of people each day and they have gotten plenty of complaints about them. Once we picked the bike up though they were very very helpful with everything. They helped us load and strap down the bike. If we hadn't gotten towed I would say this is a really good company but otherwise they are a very understanding and helpful company.

He was at my house in an hour and knew exactly what my car needed, what pieces needed to be replaced, and recommended replacing a few plastic parts associated with the oil seal and engine stuff with metal ones to avoid future problems and explained why these things were causing my car issues and why they needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how well everything was explained, and trusted him immediately as his knowledge was very evident to look at my car. I asked him to take a look at the engine, brakes, and I needed a few other things looked at and I'll knew exactly what the problems were and gave me a quote and said I could bring it by the shop and he would have it fixed by the next day. It was ready as promised, and fine initally. Then when I drove a few hours later, there were new issues and I was lucky to make it home so I contacted Al at 8pm and instead of responding the next day, he came over at 9 PM on a Friday night to pick my car and take it back to his shop which was a huge relief to me as I planned to drive to the mountains the next day and was sure I'd have to cancel my trip. He figured out what happened and fixed it immediately. Al truly went above and beyond and is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what was causing an issue and understands systems and recommend preventative service.
