I'm updating my review to reply to the truly bizarre response I just received from the owner. There…read morewas no place in my review where I stated that I expected you to "drop everything" or to "risk everything" in order to complete the job. In fact, in my review I stated that all I asked for was the curtesy to let me know you'd decided you were no longer interested in the job. I left a voicemail, asking if you'd decided not to do it. It would not have required you to drop anything to take less than 30 seconds to reply to the text I had sent with the photos and say you were no longer interested. That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business. Instead, you decide to respond to this review three years later with a passive-aggressive reply that only serves to make you look incredibly unprofessional. No part of my review was unreasonable, and the resolution that I said I hoped for was completely fair. Sending a text message would not have endangered your life or your health, but it would have gone a long way to showing that you're a decent person who cares about doing right by people, even when you aren't going to take the job.

He also called the day of the appointment to say they were on their way, and showed up on time. Chris and Lee both wore masks, as well as booties over their shoes. They installed a door handle and deadbolt to replace an outdated set, which of course was a size they don't make anymore, and the door was metal They drilled the hole out, taking care to put down a mat to catch the debris. They also vacuumed up afterward. Price was very reasonable, and when they say no job too small, they mean it. I would definitely call them again. Nice guys, too.

My daughter and I hired DLS Contracting based on the pitch that the owner gave us about quality and…read morepunctuality. Well, the quality was horrible and they were not punctual at all. The only thing that they did quickly was to ask for the deposit, which we unfortunately paid immediately. That said, their contract stated that the job was estimated to take 5-6 days. As it turned out, they started late and finished what they considered a complete job the next day at 9:00 PM. (1.5 days to paint a 2 story 2700 sq. ft. house?) Of course, it was too dark to properly inspect the work and they demanded payment from my daughter that night. She was nervous being alone and paid them. I am a senior and live in another state and could not be there. The next morning, she found one of her tall ladders leaning up against the house for her to put away. Wouldn't you think that professional painters would have their own ladder? In any case, I am attaching pictures of what they call a finished product. As you can see, they painted right over peeled paint without scraping before. Is this the way you would expect your home to look after spending over $6,000 from a professional company? I think not!! Buyers beware!!!!!

I contacted Premier Painting for an outside paint job on my home. Having previously been…read moredisappointed from lack of response from two other painters and one ridiculously overpriced quote, I resorted to checking with Yelp. Actually, this should have been my first resort but hubby had referrals from two of the painters. Any how, after calling Anthony, he provided a quick response and even came out the same day to prepare the free quote. He was respectful and professional and promised the quote via email within a day. True to his word, we received a very competitive quote! The best part was, Anthony was able to begin the work the very next day! That was a huge bonus for us because we were leaving town within several days. His ability to do the work then allowed us the opportunity to travel with a clear mind that the work was done and done well. Anthony and his partner did an excellent paint job on a star burst above our front door and the soffit and fascia around the house. We were quite pleased with their work and professional service. Premier Painting will be our "go to" painters and we highly recommend Anthony and his crew for your future paint jobs
