Scott and his team has state-of-the-art gear which makes an enormous difference. That, paired with detailed knowledge on not only the causes of certain things but the chemical processes in both treating and preventing them. I was crazy impressed with Scott's ability to articulate exactly what and why he uses the processes he does. My carpets were hammered by cat urine and vomit from a previous tenant and now I feel comfortable enough to lay on that very same carpet! It's not often when you can find someone so passionate and knowledgeable who is also willing to answer any questions you may have with a smile! These guys take pride in their work which sets them apart from the rest. I couldn't be happier and will be using nearly all of their services in the future.
