The food as always tasted good. The staff are very respectful and friendly. The one thing is; that they always screw up the order. Either a whole order is missing or partial. They are good in apologies and will prioritize your order to fulfill it. My advice is that before you leave, check the bag for any missing items. They will not be offended. read more

Ordered food 1hour and 30 min ago. Called them, been on hold for 20+mins. Very irresponsible. Atleast tell us what's going on. Never ordering from here ever again. Horrible service. Had heard about the bad service, didnt know it was this terrible, only reason I ordered is becauseof my pregnancy craving. Horrible horrible. read more

PFK - Half cooked chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Montreal, Quebec

Ok I admit I had to add this business myself. And that haven't eaten here for a long time. But we did this spiritual experience for our success regarding my own business and we "jumped to an alternate universe" meditatively speaking where the success I wanted was happening. And there I met the "alternate me" and the alternate of the person I was doing this with and those already successful selves had us eating friend chicken because they said that would help bridge the difference in resonance between their vibrations and ours. So we did that on the spiritual plane and then they told us all this amazing stuff about how they got the success already that we still wanted. When I came out I was so motivated. And I thought why not actually eat some fried chicken and that's how for the last few weeks while my business has been changing in a huge way due to that "inner trip" I can't say it is also not because I have been picking up a bucket at KFC just about every week. They really do make delicious friend chicken. OK if you are into raw foods or you fine cuisine this is probably a very disturbing review but I have to admit the spiritual pleasure and fun and the drastic actual change in my business in such a short time has me playing along. So I just had to review it! I will always remember this KFC when I am living that success we were only dreaming of. :) One of the things that tangibly happened from playing with all this is that within days we had designed a new box for our product. http://Elprehzleinn.com And I got to thinking as I went to kfc repeatedly as the weeks unfolded about the success of their business and how the box and the bucket are so much a part of their image. What was my alternate universe self trying to tell me leading me here? read more

Bought 12 pieces of KFC on 16 May 2018. A few of the pieces were so small, as the pictures show. Buy at your own risk. Or stand at the counter and check the size of your chicken pieces before leaving. I will never buy from them again. read more

Service: passable Fries: limp and flavorless Gravy: slop Chicken: Mediocre at best. I ate half a burger, one drumstick and a few fries dipped in gravy. At least I never have to worry about this craving again... read more

I never understand why I keep doing this to myself, it seems to me I am a glutton for punishment. As usual every once in a while I have this craving that I can only satisfy with PFK as they call it here. I order the Barrel 8 pc, popcorn chicken and fries, I get home and start sampling the popcorn chicken, it was as expected, nice and tasty. So far so good. I jump to the chicken, the breast piece was ok and then i move on to the thigh (my favorite) and after one bite, the taste didn't seem right. I smell it, didn't smell right either. The color was a little off and the meat was dark. I assumed the piece was bad, so i skip it and try another and another and all the same. It was either bad or not cooked, regardless. I ended up dumping the remainder of the barrel. Out of 8 pieces, i had maybe 2 breast pieces. (1 good and the other super dry) TLDR; Popcorn Chicken was good. Fries were ok, not great Salads were good Chicken was very bad (1 good piece out of 8) Never again, until my next craving in a couple of months. read more

I was craving grub after work, so decided to walk to the kfc around the corner. I knew this was going to be a chicken coop - small, crammed - yet a ridiculous line up. (Take away only). One of the customers was upset because she was served cold popcorn chicken, another mom of 2- sees her food and comments "this isn't food anyone would feed the living!" But points for the staff for trying to accomodate them both serving an extra slice of bread? Lol When it was my turn to order I picked the 5$ special with a chicken burrito- side of fries and popcorn chicken. Surprisingly, I came to know that they changed their fluorescent radioactive green coleslaw I loved eating (RIP coleslaw) so I went to my second go to - macaroni salad. Which all cost less than 8$. As I went to the fountain drink to get iced tea- the machine wouldn't stop spraying! And it wasn't even iced tea! But a mix of coke and orange crush! Somehow we got the crazy machine to stop. I saved a life or two lol Don't come here expecting service, a proper meal but a good story over fried piece of chicken! read more

PFK Laurentide in Laval if could make negative stars i would. Restaurant closes at 9:00 pm and we walked in at 8:34. The girl in the front tells us first that she is closing and then tells us there no chicken. Staff all walks out for cigarettes. Never seen this before. Thats the reason there all closing down here. I strongly dont recommend read more

I used to think 'there was no such thing as bad fried chicken'. I was wrong - when I lived in Toronto, the KFC there was incredibly sub-standard - wasn't fresh, soggy batter, bland - and it lead me to quit it. Fast-forward to NDG KFC, I decided to try my luck after something like 3-4 years without the Colonel in my life. The good KFC of old is present in this particular chain - they have the magic. Very, very tasty - fried chicken you cannot complain about. In fact, it makes me wonder whether all KFC's have undergone a change - or whether this one is in fact special. 4/5 in light of the fact that we are still talking about fast food fried chicken, and that I still prefer a good Popeye's. read more

This PFK has always been consistently good, from the food to the service. I live nearby and come in regularly. Came in today and was greeted cordially, as usual. Please drop in if you are in the area. read more

I'm not a huge fan of KFC really. We get it twice a year - my kids like a bucket on their birthdays (classy, huh?). I always say I don't want to eat it because I already like the size of my butt as is plus I'm pretty sure whatever is in their gravy will kill me. That said.....I love it the two times a year that I have it. Once the last bite is swallowed, I start to feel terrible and yell at my husband, "Oh, why did I eat that? I think I'm dying!" I've heard that there are people who can eat this stuff on the regular but I have a hard time believing it. But.....every once in a blue moon, scrap your diet and your morals and go get some KFC :-) This branch has no seating and the worst customer service, but let's be serious.....if you're in line there, it's not because you want to make a new friend, so just let it go. read more

Called ahead and was told they opened at 10:30 but when we got there, although the doors were open, they said they couldn't serve for 30 minutes. For the inconvenience the gave us an extra piece if chicken and a free salad. Very nice of them. The meal was very good. read more

The food is fine, but my complaint is with the restaurant and the delivery guy. I ordered online, but did not get an email confirmation, even though I was told I would. The delivery guy didn't really knock, he kind of thumped against my door. I gave him exact change because I didn't have more (and I was waiting for over 40 mins for my email confirmation that they even GOT my food order). He was a little indignant and said "No tip?" Buddy, no one should expect a tip. That's the worst. Try acting a little less greedy next time. read more

KFC's delivery service is absolute rubbish. Crappy service, crappy website, lets be realistic crappy food (only order it for the kids).

We ordered delivery and didn't have very high expectations but the fries were hot and crispy, chicken finger licking good and fresh and hot, gravy so delicious I could drink it. Cole slaw a little heavy on the horseradish for our liking but not bad. Corn a little strange tasting to us but I can still say we will be regular customers. Excellent delivery person very polite. read more

I went to KFC on Sherbrooke West in NDG and it was horrific! They told me for my order it was going to take 10 minutes instead it took 1/2 hour. They when I got my order I tried to check if my entire order was there and when I went to go and grab the bag with the 18 pcs of chicken that I ordered the bag tore and the chicken fell onto the floor. The staff member who works to prepare your food said you can pick up the chicken and throw it outside the garbage. I said excuse me but I want another bucket and it's not my job to pick up food off the floor where there might be Covid . Also it's not my fault if your bags are too thin that it tore up. She said to me the chicken that's in the bucket on the floor I'm not replacing but I will give u the ones that actually touched the floor. I said I would like a new bucket. I had spent over 60 dollars with the sides included. As we are still in a pandemic u need to be extremely careful and clean for a restaurant. After arguing and not considered that the people who walked in has Covid food on the floor and staff refused to replace my order. She then said to me after 15 minutes of arguing well I'm not going to change your chicken and you can get your money back. So I was appalled in the whole experience this is the last time I got to KFC and will make sure to tell everyone not to go as well as KFC might give you Covid positive food if it falls on the floor and not replaced! Thanks for nothing KFC! read more

NOT EVEN 1 STAR !!! ordered on line, 90 minutes after no sign of order, called the 1-888 number no help at all, all they said was to call the restaurant which I did several times, no answer. So not knowing if I would wait another hour or not I had to cancel order... absolutely dismal experience, a huge let down for the brand. Never again... read more

Not really a KFC fan at all, though i do occassionally enjoy a fine piece of fried chicken once in a blue moon, the last time i had some KFC was when there was a KFC located on Provost which is now a Subways, so quite a long time ago, well i went yo this one not far from the Vendome metro, i was glad i came to this one, nice fresh pieces and the chicken was seasoned just right. Only complaint it was tiny and hot inside, and thry gave me a wrong salad. Overall i might return to this one in the future for my kfc craving. read more

If you want to die a few weeks earlier then KFC is right for you. It is so unhealthy, everything is too salty and even their coleslaw looks fake (it is like a fluorescent green ... I even think I glowed in the dark for a few days after going there). read more

I placed an order from this restaurant online at 5:10pm. Delivery initially arrived about an hour later, but missing some of my order that I was charged for. I called the restaurant back (6:07) hoping it was just forgotten and the delivery person could return promptly. They told me the driver would be back shortly. I finally called again at 6:40, since the driver had not yet returned and was told he had left the store with my missing items. The items finally arrived at 7:30, after my food was already cold. I called back telling them to cancel my order, to not charge my credit card and was told they would not do it unless the driver came back (a third time I would be disturbed in the same evening over as many hours for a simple meal) and took the uneaten food back. I am very disappointed by the entire transaction, even offered the 50% off my next meal - which does not solve this order's mistakes, and being told "it's just sauce" about my missing items... I paid for all of the items in my transaction, I expect those items to be delivered promptly, not 2.5 hours later. This was not the first time items were missing from orders at this store before. I've let them go in the past, even though I was always charged for them. This time I decided to let them know I was displeased with the whole situation... and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. read more
