Entered store before 8 pm, ordered a coupon combo zinger and 2 ribs. Out of chicken for the night! Really at 8 pm??? when the store is open until 930. Pop machine down. Was offered bottle pop for my coupon but was not told it was included at no extra charge, so I declined. I understand not making new chicken when in the last half hour, is what I usually hear. Very poor management. Usually in store 2 to 3 times per week, and only saw new manager once this year. The last guy, who looked after store was wonderful, and so was his shift supervisor. There is only 5 employees that are any good left here, and the store is always short staffed. Yet tonight with no chicken, 2 people working and 4 employees off shift sitting in the closed dining room. Out of last 4 orders, I ordered waffle fries and received them once. I order in English and everyone speaks English fluently except for 2 workers, including one shift supervisor, so I USUALLY feel comfortable purchasing from this store. Off my list!!! read more

I placed an order a few Sundays ago online nd paid for it, arrived to the location to pick it up 45 minutes later to an absolute zoo. The place was bursting with people yet only one person working in the front and one in the back. There were at least 10 uber eats delivery people waiting to pick up orders. we couldn't even get in the front door. after 20 minutes we gave up and called head office to cancel the order which they said they couldn't do - it had to be done at the store and transferred us after I protested to say there's no way anyone will answer. they transferred me anyway. surprise - no answer. called head office again the next day to get a resolution. they gave me the email address of the owner to reach out to them. I have emailed them FIVE times and no response. as far as I'm concerned they have horrible customer service and stole $40 from me. never again will I give them an ounce of consideration as a place to eat. what a terribly run business. awful. I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest. read more

Tonight we ordered 4 big crunch combos with 4x591ml Pepsi's and a $10 popcorn chicken but when the delivery guy from skip the dishes arrived he had no Pepsi's and his comment was to call customer service. So I called and was told because KFC was an independant company that they won't help us and when I called KFC they told me they would call a driver to bring the Pepsi's to us but they never arrived. Horrible customer service from Skip the dishes and KFC on Notre-Dame in Gatineau read more

If there was a rating below one star i would give it. I've been to this store over 10 times to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was i wrong. They are out of tons of chicken, The pop in the fridges are warm or just out of stock, they always get my order wrong, they have you pay for an item before verifying if they actual have it and if they do not have that item that you already paid for, they give you something that is way less in value. I paid for a bunch of food and in the order they didn't have the chicken fingers. The items was 9$ and they wanted to give me a potato salad which was smaller and way cheaper than the money i spent. Not only that, I do not like potato salad so i asked the lady can i have macaroni instead. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!!!!! The wait time as well is insane. The room was packed full of people just waiting on the order. It took over 45 minutes to get my order when i was the first person to order. Worst store and employees that i have ever seen. I am never ever going back and that store should be ashamed of itself. I don't want anything for being treated like this. Change your way of dealing with the public and DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!! read more

I had the misfortune of going to the KFC store today in gatineau , as we got there the doors where still locked at 11:00 am he opened the doors at 11:13 according to my watch , as we walked in i grabbed a bottle of water and approached the young man who was telling every one he was alone so we should be patient i found that funny because we clearly saw an older man in the kitchen with him , ( NO GOOD-MORNING OR PLEASE OR THANK YOU OUT OF HIS MOUTH YET ) i gave him my order two (2) Tuesdays specials and a small poutine and to add one drink to my order and told him because i already got water , his service was sub-par to begin with treating customers like second class citizens but i figured he was flustered because of opening the store late so i let it go , as i sat down to eat my food i took a sip of my drink (sprite)and it tasted terrible i almost gagged , so i brought it back to him and said this is not pop could you please give me an other, at this point he told me he had to change the tank and something else i could not make out in a very rude fashion so i said pardon me ?, at this point he told me to never mind and he gave me an other drink ( crush) like i asked by this time all my food is getting cold and he is getting rudder with me ,as i sit down for the third time i took an other sip of my new drink and it tasted worse then the first one so i decided to call it quits so i brought the new drink back and said you should maybe change all the tanks it taste so bad i cant finish my food and put it in the garbage at this point he said something rude again , no apology for this fiasco what so ever , i brought the poutine to my elderly mother of 87 because she loves the food at this particular store it next to her old age home and plus i liked going there when i visit her because i was there when they opened that KFC when i was a small boy of 8 years old and it brings back found memory's , sadly i think the found memory's have been destroyed by that you mans terrible service and attitude. You would think my terrible experience at KFC would have ended there right! ,hahaha NO IT DOESN'T!!, on my way back home i stopped at a local grocery store and as i was waiting in line to pay for my purchase i glanced at my KFC receipt hahahahaha the young unapologetic, rude , indifferent counter person whose name was something like RUBBYSH i could not see it clearly it was all faded over charged me HE OVER CHARGED ME BY ONE DOLLAR , HE CHARGED FOR TWO ADDITIONAL DRINKS INSTEAD OF ONE , hahahahahahahahaa can you believe it , I SURE AS HELL CANT !!!! ,colonel sanders must be spinning in his grave . read more
