We had a vacation that popped up so we needed to change what day we went in to the week the doctor would be gone but just see a different doctor. Called to change it and the person booked us for a day on the week my doctor was supposedly supposed to be gone? Super strange but we roll with it because our doctor is so great. I understand that things happen, but I like to stick to my schedule. Outside of not meeting my appointment time, this is a great place to bring your child. It is easy to get in and out of and my kid is very comfortable here.

They do not provide behavior mental health services they referred us to Riley. However, at my son's Physical every year, they ask questions about medication that he's on and how things are going. And then consistently charge us an additional charge. Whereas they do give us paperwork stating that if he is seen for anything "additional" that is not the physical at that appointment, we will be charged for it, they do ask questions that lead you down a path. I'm not sure how they expect me to answer questions on his overall well-being and medication's that he's on and not be transparent about behavior mental health as well. Overall, the office staff has always been great, but they have no problem charging you for things that might be ethically questionable.

It was a frustrating answer, since the inability to lose weight was part of the problem. My husband's coworker recommended Amy Nicley, NP, at Excell for Life, since they work on your health through dietary changes and supplements, so I made an appointment. Blood tests galore revealed major inflammation and an autioimmune issue, as well as a problem with my pancreas that prevents me from processing carbs (hence the rapid weight gain!). I never would have known that! While we're continuing to figure out my body's autoimmune issue, I'm already feeling so much better with the dietary changes and supplements we've implemented. I was having heartburn all day, every day, headaches every day---that's all gone! I have far more energy, too. And Amy won't stop looking for answers until my whole system is happy again---no shrugs and, "Let's wait it out," or, "I don't know what to tell you." She's excited to figure this out, like a detective with a thrilling case. I absolutely love that about her! The supplements are a bit pricey, but some are rather exotic compared to what I've taken before (the grocery store variety, you know), so I don't know if they'd be cheaper elsewhere. And there is a $97 out-of-pocket functional medicine fee for each visit (on top of what they bill insurance, I believe), which is a little different. But it's been worth every penny! A side note: many of the medical professionals here were patients here and experienced such great results they just HAD to make their way on staff. Truly, it's that great.

I have mixed feelings about Northpoint. I have struggled with the way we have been treated by our…read moreselected pediatrician. She is nice, and she knows what she's doing, but I do not feel she has made my children priority. I have a few examples, one is she saw them for a well child while also being sick, I watched her walk out and go home for the day after our appointment. I don't feel my kids were given a fair appointment. Most recently I asked for an evaluation to be done on one of my kids and also asked for another child to be seen based on her Nero referring us back. I asked for both of these on the same day in May. I was contacted, given an appointment for my daughter, with only options on Thursday's, and told I would receive a separate call for my sons appointment. It's Aug 22nd and had no appointment for my son until complaining. Since though, I've received a letter that my doctor is retiring, she'll continue to see us through the end of the year (on a limited schedule - I'm adding the sarcastic remark), and my kids will be transitioned to other doctors based on gender. I just feel things could be handled better! My responsibility is that I could have followed up more, I will admit I had a part here too. Have I had billing issues, yes! I encourage everyone to review your EOBs! The person coding has no idea what happened in that room and is tasked with finding a way to get as many billable codes submitted as possible. Our responsibility is to review and bring up discrepancies. You may disagree, but this is where we are in the world! Northpoint is no different than most other facilities. Patient responsibility in managing our share is part of it. There have been great things happen with Northpoint and that is why I give them 3 stars. My son was seen by a male dr who got him into a great pulmonologist, who helped us solve so many undiagnosed issues! Both of my daughters ear issues, including multiple sets of tubes have been handled well. They room us fast, the MAs are always kind and I felt they addressed COVID well. The ability to have weekend appointments has been very helpful, I used this option more when my kids were younger. Northpoint is a larger practice and has the feel of the large practice without the technology. By that I mean, no ability to have full connection to Community My Chart and the options on their online portal is clunky. The proximity to Community Hospital and the fact the drs round at Community is a perk! Overall, we know that we will get the care we need at Northpoint, and that is what is most important.

I immediately decided he was who my son would see. Once my son was born, Dr. Nanagas came to check on him and ask a few questions. You can tell he is just naturally great with children-it's definitely his passion. Every encounter we have had with him makes it even more obvious as to how much he loves his work. He's so great with my son, always has great insight, and is just an all around breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this practice, and, if you can get Dr. Nanagas as your child's pediatrician, you'll have an all-around exceptional experience!

She put two and two together, referred her for testing, and it turns out my daughter has a chronic disease that was probably just at its earliest stages. She listened to me, took seriously what I had to say, and helped us catch this serious disease at a time when we can put our daughter on medication to fix and maintain her health, hopefully over her lifetime. Had we not caught this so soon, my daughter could have faced multiple surgeries and complications. We are infinitely grateful to Dr Santos and her staff. Being a kid has lots of great advantages but being able to be picked up was not one of them. As I got older I remember Dr. B giving me stickers and being nice to me, she would do the normal doctor checks but made she rue that I was understanding what was happening and why. She wanted from a early age that doctors are good and that we need to take care of ourselves. Her nurses were also great at helping everyone feel safe and welcomed. From being in toys to sitting with you while you had to get a shot they new the tricks to help it be easier on there patients. My boys have been going to Fishers Pediatrics since infancy. They are now 17 and 19 years old. Yes,…read morethey still go to the pediatrician and I am extremely thankful for that (age max is college graduation or age 21). So we have many years experience with them and all of the staff. Previously located at 116th and Allisonville Rd. they are now at 146th and Cumberland. The staff is always very kind, professional, and thorough. I've never had an issue scheduling an appointment. They return calls promptly and genuinely seem to care about my boys well-being. They've done my boys well visits, sick visits, school physicals, and promptly provided school shot records. My boys regular doctor is Dr. Scott Boshcee. They're able to meet him with me or privately and discuss the growing changes with becoming a young men. He's very relatable and jokes with my boys making them feel very comfortable. I'll be sad when it's time to find them a primary family physician. They're truly awesome!

That said, she's now splitting patients with another doctor kind of out of nowhere. And on top of that, and the reason for this low review, is the "$150 administration fee" for our kids that basically was announced in a letter in late October and is due in December (!!!). Who does that? No doctor's office has ever charged me money for doing NOTHING--it's like a "membership." This is literally a fee for nothing. The letter lists things they've always done and is like "well, now we're charging." It's a fee because they are doctors and can apparently charge a fee. So long story short, Dr. Martinson is a 5-star doctor. This is a 1-star decision. The staff is a bit hit or miss--we've had folks threaten to send us to a collection agency for being a bit late on payment while trying to sort things out with insurance and folks that are wonderful. But good lord, you basically drop another doctor in who we've never met and tell us that's our new co-primary care doctor, and charge us $150 for doing nothing. Not a fan of those decisions at all.

I have nothing against NPs, but when I choose a physician as my primary care provider, I expect to at least have reasonable access to that physician. The front-office staff also show very little empathy or basic courtesy. The interactions feel robotic and impersonal. There is rarely even a "Good morning" or "How can I help you?"--it goes straight to "Name and date of birth." Healthcare should still involve basic kindness, communication, and human interaction. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here, and that is why I have decided to find a different practice.

The only downside I would say is where we first joined the practice they had 3 locations which was very convent for getting in same day , however now they only have 1 location in Noblesville we live in Broadripple so it's a bit of a drive for us now.
