Contacted seller and asked them to contact Royal Mail as they will only deal with seller and not with the intended receiver. Seller stated that Royal Mail claimed that it had been delivered to my house, but I've now spoken to all my housemates and confirmed that they were on placement or working and were not in the house at the supposed time of delivery. The signature that Royal Mail supposedly got from me looks nothing like mine, and I was at Uni at the time of delivery. It could have been a mistake on Royal Mail's part, but there's nothing I can do on my end to rectify that and I resent paying money for items that didn't arrive at my house. If they had pursued a complaint with Royal Mail instead of just accepting what they said I wouldn't be writing this review, but as they didn't I wouldn't recommend dealing with this shop as they won't have your back if there's a delivery issue.

The bottom floor is hair colors, and developers, as well as dying supplies. And the last floor, is nail colors and nail care. The store is very organized, and easy to navigate. I found some hair dye, peroxide, gloves, bowl, and nail clippers. Basically, everything I was looking for, I found. 10/10 experience!

I called the store in Islington on October 25th, I was lucky there was one left. The member of staff saved it for me, with my name on it for the next day...I collected it, boxed and presented beautifully with such kindness, the whole team were so kind and efficient....They were so happy for me. It's such a refreshing variation to the usual make-up-shopping-in-Department-Stores pain, with the usually robotic staff who give you death stares if God forbid you try something and don't buy. Space NK is very different - staff are relaxed, happy to help, but also happy if you don't buy anything. And there stock some stellar brands. AND they had my favourite Nars red lipstick in 'Heatwave' IN STOCK! Usually I have to go on a crazy wait-list....Magic!
