Right when you walk in there is an aisle full of pet lover stuff for the owners, including shirts, posters and keychains. They have a huge selection of high quality dog foods, and even bigger selection of dog treats, tons of toys (including some unique that I've never seen), beds, leashes and more. They offer boarding, daycare, and training classes in an area behind the retail store. While I was there several people were picking up their pets. If your pet does not receive this vaccination, they sell an intranasal to the client and make the client give the vaccination. Vaccinations take several days to build up immunity and are very sensitive. Vaccinations need to kept between 35 - 40 degrees. How do you know that they are they are following these guidelines. Kennel Cough has been changed to Upper Respiratory Complex as Mycoplasma (which there is no vaccination for) is the main cause. This facility does not take any advice from the client's primary veterinarian, nor any underlying conditions that a pet may have where over vaccination may cause further damage. There are other boarding facilities that listen to the client's primary veterinarian and offer the same services and more.

In any case, not a location I would let take care of my dog. I'd rather go somewhere with a well-trained staff.

She loves her Pack Leaders like Bonnie, Kellie and others. It's comforting to drop her off in the am and have the Pack Leader know her by name and watch Bella do a big ole wiggle butt.
