I have been through some very rough times with them such as a difficult euthanasia and a pet with a chronic illness and they have made the experience wonderful. I have interacted with Dr Hopping, although she has not seen my animals, and she seems great as well. The hospital is beautiful and clean. If I need a medication or food they look into ordering it for me. Their prices are reasonable. My pets actually enjoy coming here, as do I. Calls and lab results are returned promptly and appointments are easy to obtain. They do some neat adoption events and open houses through out the year, so keep an eye out for those. He pushed every boundary imaginable. His energy was out of control, jumping on everyone, unable to be around people or other dogs, and even knocking elderly people over. It was overwhelming and stressful, and we truly didn't know what to do. Then Doug came in, and in just two sessions, everything changed. He helped correct TJ's behavior, but more importantly, he taught us how to be better leaders. He showed us how to properly correct bad behavior while still loving our dog. What meant the most to me was how seen and understood I felt. Doug didn't make me feel like a bad dog parent for struggling or for not instantly feeling that perfect bond after adopting TJ. He understood. He helped me realize that TJ is a good boy who wants structure, leadership, and a pack to belong to. Doug gave us the tools, the confidence, and the consistency we needed, and the results have been incredible. When I say TJ is better, that is an understatement. We can now have people in our home without worrying. He greets guests without jumping all over them or scratching them. We no longer have to put him away when people come over. He is calmer, more respectful, and honestly happier. He is not stealing food off plates or biting hands for snacks anymore. He comes back inside without trying to go after other dogs at the fence. Our entire home feels more peaceful. Even our 2-year-old son interacts more gently with TJ now, because TJ is respecting boundaries in a way he never did before. Most importantly, TJ now has a permanent, loving home, and that is because of Doug. I was genuinely worried about my elderly grandma getting hurt before, and now I feel confident that TJ will be calm and respectful around her. That peace of mind is priceless. Doug is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and effective. He does not just train your dog, he equips you with everything you need to continue that progress long-term. Fraudulent billing practices. Absolutely do not recommend…read more This was one of the most dishonest and upsetting experiences I have ever had with a veterinary clinic. I brought my cat in for surgery and was given an estimate of around $900. Based on that estimate, I signed the paperwork so they could move forward. After the surgery was done, I was suddenly presented with a bill for over $3,000. At no point before the procedure or during the surgery did anyone tell me the cost was going to increase anywhere close to that amount. There was no phone call, no update, and no attempt to get my approval for these additional charges. The only time they communicated clearly was when they wanted payment. When I explained that my budget was $2,000 and that the final bill was far beyond what I had agreed to, instead of trying to work with me or explain things in a professional way, they threatened to call the police. After the fact, they tried to hide behind a tiny line in the paperwork saying the final price could vary depending on the actual procedure. That was never properly explained before surgery, and it certainly does not justify charging more than three times the original estimate without any real communication. This felt incredibly misleading, predatory, and unprofessional. When people bring their pets in for surgery, they are already stressed and vulnerable. A clinic should be transparent about costs, communicate clearly about major changes, and get approval before adding thousands of dollars in charges. If you care about honesty, transparency, and basic respect as a customer, stay away from this place. Absolutely do not recommend.

We called Thursday and made an appointment for Friday afternoon. on Friday morning she was 100% better so i called to cancel. i was informed of their cancellation policy but I wasn't going to bring her in when there was no longer any reason to do so. The office manager reviewed it and determined that it would indeed be appropriate to charge me $85 for the cancellation. So if you make a last minute appointment you are locked in no matter what happens. It's absolutely ridiculous that I am expected to bring my dog in, get tests etc when she is no longer exhibiting symptoms. Teeter will be going elsewhere.
