I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASHLYN in the Groomers @ PetSmart in W.F. * My little elderly female dog was always calm with her and she treated her with extra care knowing she was old, arthritic and prone to anxiety. * My dog's nails looked better when Ashlyn trimmed them than they ever did when anyone else did them. * She was efficient and so nice. Went in 20 min till close and not only was myself but I watched 4 other customers get turned town for pets and fish as a cashier pulled their drawer and said no they was not going to sell any pets because they was 20 min till close and it was too much of a process to sell fish. I told them I knew exactly where they were and was still turned down. Looks like petsmart in Wichita Falls if you come 20 min before closed they are not interested in making sales! Was told come back tomorrow. I live 2hrs from the store. I own my own business and that employee would have been terminated on the spot for turning down revenue. read more

I highly recommend using Hazel for Dremeling and grooming my large dog's paws at the grooming salon. My dog liked her, and I was very happy with the paw hair trim, the pad softening and the amount taken off my dog's nails. The cost was reasonable, and I was able to schedule with in a day. Horrible experience..our sweet pup went in and he came out with his ears shaved by the groomer Selina..& his ears were not even shaved evenly. Pretty frustrated especially since she charged extra for matting of his fur. We have been going to petsmart for quite a while how and NO ONE has ever had to shave his ears.. read more

I'm gonna leave 4 stars and not 5 because the service was great and it was a friendly environment when we went to get our dogs groomed, but when we brought them back home we found fleas on one of our dogs. They get monthly flea medication and they'll be fine but when I called to let them know they said that's a risk they take when they come here and they do treat dogs with fleas. Which I don't have a problem with but it just made me wonder what their process is for separating dogs that need to be there for that treatment. read more

I use it love it there but now I refuse to go back as long as the dog trainer (Rachel) still works there. I have had multiple issues with her anger issues including others but this was over the line. I went in Aug 4th with a client. The dog is a young puppy. It let one one bark and we corrected it. The dog didn't bark again. We also stayed away from her class on the other side of the store at one point. She stops teaching her class and offers us a training packet. We told her no thank you. She got hatefull and said training isn't allowed in the store but corporate told me it was and I had been training there with dogs for a year. So 20 minutes later we leave. Then a new client contacts me and informs me that Rachel said I had an aggressive dog in there and that we were kicked out. Which never happened. I called to speak to the manager to tell him she shouldn't be talking about other business like that when it's a lie. She came on the phone and started yelling when I tried to talk to her she hung up on me Which is very unprofessional behavior. I have no ptsd and her yelling triggered a huge panic attack. She needs to fix her anger issues, stop lying or be fired. read more

DO NOT LET DEJA IN THE GROOMING SALON TOUCH YOUR DOG. She does not know how to cut a dog's hair. She has no idea how to blend the fur. My dog literally has chunks of fur missing and it is so uneven. I am outraged because I specifically told her not to touch my dogs head and what does she do? SHE CUTS HIS HAIR ON HIS HEAD! She is absolutely incompetent as a dog groomer. She's horrible and does not know how to talk to a person nor apologize! She only spouts excuses! read more

The grooming department at this store is horrible! We took our two dogs, a husky and a beagle, to be groomed. The beagle looked great but our husky doesn't even look like he was groomed. We paid for all of the "extras" but nothing was done. His nails weren't clipped, he is shedding the same and didn't even smell better. We will never use them again for our pets and would not recommend them to anyone else! read more

Went to get a couple of things and couldn't do it do to staff an Manager being very rude because I wasn't wearing my masking which I'm exempt due to medical reasons and the manager told me I had to stay 6 feet away from all her employees and if I didn't like it I could leave she also states she wasn't going to argue with me when I was nice about telling her that I had a exemptions she had very very poor customer service skills as my family and I were leaving they also told a gentleman he couldn't come in cause he didn't have a mask either I will be speaking with corporate on this first thing Monday morning read more

We took our dog to Pet-smart for training. We told Rachel that we are looking to train him for aggression and obedience. After the 3rd session, Rachel brought her friend and her boyfriend into the training arena. The dog nipped the guy who assured us that he is ok and refused to file an incident report. 3 weeks later, Petsmart is asking us for money due to the carelessness of the trainer Rachel. It is totally unacceptable that we trusted a trainer who invited her friends into a secured area then blame us for her poor judgment. read more

Should have looked at the rating before I went. Took my dog to have full service bath,deshedding, nails hair cut anal glands etc etc. the works for 75 bucks. Told them my dog which is a husky and only 1 year old is a handful. Yeah we do lots of huskies here was the reply. Told them I could get him until 230. No problem. They call me at noon saying come get your dog he is stressing out and has diarrhea from the stress and is clawing at the cage. I went to get him right away. When I got there I informed them I have taken him to PetSmart before and didn't have these problems. She said where? I said PetSmart In Houston. Reply was well if they do a better job take him there next time. I won't take him to another PetSmart EVER and to be treated that way from an employee is not acceptable. So the almost 500 dollars I spend on food for my dog and two cats per month I will spend elsewhere. Where is the zero star option?? read more

Groomers are knowledgeable and gentle. Staff on floor is helpful and willing to order anything you cant find in store.

The staff are really nice and friendly , but when I went to go get crickets they were way overpriced .

Rachel has been training our dog for the past 6 months and the progress he has made with learning to focus and not being so reactive with other dogs is fantastic! The prices are reasonable for personalized training, Rachel is very flexible and understanding if you have to reschedule or change the time, she's experienced and it shows, her method of using positive reinforcement to train your dog is by far the best and most effective method we have encountered with a trainer. Our dog absolutely loves and trusts Rachel, she even held him and helped calm him down when he was anxious while getting his nails trimmed. Every session is productive and fun, and every time we go, the staff is ready to greet us with a smile. I never thought our boy would be able to eat treats and walk next to another dog or sit in a class with several other dogs but his progress is exciting! Couldn't recommend this PetSmart and Rachel more if your dog is in need of training and mental stimulation! read more
